Nice.

As all rooms were booked, reception has told us to stay in their second building across the road - hotel Neptuna Kata. It was not bad. We enjoyed our stay, good price and good location. Hotel has everything for short stay.

Great Location, easy to go around. 5 min to Kata Beach. Room is big, good TV signal. Restaurants surrounding. I do recommend here.

Suitable only for a short overnight stay, nothing more. For a family holiday, don't even think about it! - this is a flophouse. The room is small, located on a busy road, the windows do not keep out the sound, the room is dark and uncomfortable. The bathroom is completely dark! Of the advantages, it is next to Karon Beach and not far from Kata, the air conditioning works well in the room, as well as good water pressure in the shower and hot water. The sink drained poorly.

Missing fire alarm (lucky we had our own), broken toilet seat, stoppage in the sink right from the start. Towels were changed daily but smelled strongly of urine. Dirty baby bed. The windows rattled from the traffic, but after we pressed paper around them it was a little better. Absolutely only the essentials but also for little money. The location is good in Kata, close to the beach, but the city is now only full of gaping unpleasant Russians and therefore not something we will go to again

we arrived at night by train, it's less than 5 minutes walk from the station to the hotel, we were met by a hospitable hostess, the room had everything we needed. the ferry crossing is right behind the hotel. I would like to separately mention the wonderful design of the hotel😊

I really want to call. There is no receptionist to receive phone calls at all. And the hotel accommodation prices do not match the Trip app. Book in advance and get a discount. And it's still more expensive. Make a reservation in front of the hotel counter again. The air conditioner should be updated. It took almost 10 minutes to adjust the temperature with the remote. As for the room, it's clean but it smells like no one has been staying for a long time. Thank you.

Excellent Guesthouse on Kata It is closer to Karon Which is convenient. Important: only end rooms have windows. The rest are without windows I lived in the end room. On the third floor Excellent. There is a cafe downstairs. Delicious breakfasts. Convenient. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to Kata Beach. To Karon it takes 10-15 minutes. This is a budget Guesthouse for 1000 rubles per day. But for its money it is good.

The hotel location is excellent. You go out to the right behind 7 Yelevan Cafe on both sides of the road, they serve real freshly squeezed juices, there is a woman there inviting you. For those who don’t like Thai food, there are 2 teahouses nearby, clean beautiful cafes with our delicious food. Between them is the Russo tourist restaurant, also with our food. The hotel itself is uncomfortable, the room smells of sewage or rotten water, they asked to splash it. The light in the toilet went out completely 2 days before departure. The maid was a good woman, she cleaned every day and changed towels. The hostess, in response to every question about shortcomings, offered to move out and return the money. The girls in the restaurant are nice, their coffee is delicious. I can’t say anything about the food. Karon Beach is a 10-minute walk, Kata is five minutes away. Night market, Dinopark nearby, excursions. In the direction of Karon from the hotel on the right hand there is a restaurant with live music, I really liked the singing of middle-aged men. Landmark Elephants and a large elephant's head, next to the Dinopark. If you like top-level service, this hotel is not for you. But I wouldn't go back a second time.
