Everything was very perfect. Only thing is, some people come for **** and ************. This hotel downstairs is the restaurant but not normal restaurant, more like Bar. Not every night. Some night, you can hear people shouting when they are **** ******* ** ***** ****. Single girl cannot walk thru the ground where the bar is. Only with male, can pass thru. Otherwise one ** the customers request that woman to send that girl to that table. Eventually staff explain that that woman is staying customer in the upstair hotel. Still very scary experience.

As all rooms were booked, reception has told us to stay in their second building across the road - hotel Neptuna Kata. It was not bad. We enjoyed our stay, good price and good location. Hotel has everything for short stay.

Great Location, easy to go around. 5 min to Kata Beach. Room is big, good TV signal. Restaurants surrounding. I do recommend here.

It's a modest guesthouse, but their restaurant isn't great and they clean it every day. I liked it for a budget stay of four nights. Kata Beach is nearby, and Karon is just a stone's throw away. Overall, it's okay. Not every place is cleaned every day, so we appreciated that. It's really nice. Sometimes you don't have to run around asking the staff for cleaning or fresh towels.

For example, some guests wants the room to be made up 2 times everyday, some guests don't let the cleaning staff enter their room for a month. Great hotel for the price! Great location – a 10-minute walk to Kata or Karon. Right in the center with all the restaurants and markets. There's a restaurant in the lobby. The room has all the amenities – if you can get a room with a window, don't skimp – it'll be even nicer. Other than that, I stayed for three nights to see the beaches and was happy with my room 🙏

Excellent hotel! The location is perfect, with two beaches nearby. The street is lined with bars and restaurants. There's a hotel bar/cafe downstairs. Cleaning is daily. Some rooms have windows facing the wall, which can be a bit dark. I had two rooms over two weeks with windows facing the street, one next to the balcony and smoking area (which didn't bother me). It's quiet, the other faces the street outside, which was a bit noisy in the evenings.

Good hotel, cleaning was every day. The location is convenient, there are 2 beaches nearby. Everything is within walking distance. True, it was noisy when the guests of this hotel sat at night and sang songs, closed windows did not save the situation.

Missing fire alarm (lucky we had our own), broken toilet seat, stoppage in the sink right from the start. Towels were changed daily but smelled strongly of urine. Dirty baby bed. The windows rattled from the traffic, but after we pressed paper around them it was a little better. Absolutely only the essentials but also for little money.
