This was not good. Chose it because it had a balcony showing outside views on the listing. The balcony was inside the building and opposite rooms look right into your room!!! Avoid this hotel.

Basic motel and small room. Location was good, 15min walk to bangla road. All basic

There is bed bugs in this hotel, the first room they gave me was smelly and the bed is full with bed bugs , and i didn’t sleep that night to the point that i had to report it to the receptionist at 5 a.m. he said that all rooms are booked and you should wait till 12 to change it. I came back at 12 with all my luggage and i waited for 2 hours at the reception just to change the room

The hotel is small and nice. The cleaning service is very good and do every day. Reception staff is very helpful and friendly. We liked our stay in this medium hotel. The road straight to Bangla walking street. And a 7-11 is at 5 min by walk.

This is mu 4th time here in phuket and still booking the same hotel Overall is good and sure will come again next time

There were ants in the room, and they didn't even provide a toothbrush unless I asked for one myself. The service was really bad.

Not recommended. 1. **Tiny, Cramped Room - Photos Are Misleading** The actual room is at least a third smaller than what's shown in the promotional pictures. The layout is so cramped that once you open your suitcase, there's barely any space to move around. The window is a tiny interior one, providing almost no natural light, so you need to keep the lights on even during the day, creating a very oppressive atmosphere. 2. **Stale Air, Poor Ventilation** Since the interior window doesn't allow for effective ventilation, the room has a strong, damp odor. The air conditioning was ineffective, making the entire night feel stuffy and uncomfortable, which negatively impacted my sleep quality. 3. **Significant Hygiene Issues, Poor Cleaning** During my multi-day stay, the room was only tidied (bed made, trash emptied) daily, with no thorough cleaning. This was a very poor experience. 4. **Severe Street Noise, Non-existent Soundproofing** The room is right next to a main road, and vehicle noise was constant throughout the night. The window's sound insulation is extremely poor; even with the window closed, I could clearly hear honking and engine sounds, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. 5. **Overpriced, No Value for Money** Given the location and service level, the room rate is significantly higher than comparable hotels. However, the hardware, hygiene, and overall environment are all subpar and completely fail to deliver the 'comfortable experience' they advertise.

This hotel had a lot of issues. There was a noticeable sewage smell coming from the bathroom drain, and even after changing rooms, it didn't get any better. We experienced a power outage for over four hours with no resolution or compensation offered. The noise from outside the window was also very loud. Thanks to the proactive and strong coordination from Ctrip's customer service, we were able to check out early. The front desk staff even kindly called a taxi to take me to my new hotel.
