I had an amazing stay at a Nai Yang Hotel! The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the beach, which made my holiday truly relaxing. Blood stains on the blanket and lot of mosquitoes inside the room. Overall facilities are nice and very comfortable stay.

The owner and their team very pay attention and very helpful to solve the problem for me. Also the staff very friendly and kindness. Good location and cleanliness room with nicely view. Highly Recommend!!

The location is close to the beach. Loyal attitude towards visitors. They allowed me to use a towel and shower after I checked out of the hotel and decided to spend the evening on the beach before the plane. They gave me a branded bag with the hotel logo.

I think this is one of the best hotels in Phuket, free from insects etc. The dog is very kind, the breakfasts are very tasty, I really liked everything. Polite and hospitable staff, especially the girls. The road to the beach through a narrow alley along which bikes travel will not be convenient for families with strollers, but the lack of pedestrian roads is not a problem of the hotel, but of the whole of Thailand.

Very responsive and smiling staff, was very happy to check in at 9 am instead of 2 pm. Beautiful and delicious breakfasts with pleasant music, a great view from the window to the garden. The room has everything you need. Very loud noise in the rooms. A large dog with a collar walks on the territory, but is not particularly supervised by the hotel staff.
