Is a nice place, I booked a hotel with jacuzzi (not hot water in case you want that) the smell in 2 of this kind of rooms is basically the same, smells musty. Maybe is normal because the jacuzzi. I dont know the other rooms.

Great location, very close to the beach. The service was excellent! I'll definitely choose this hotel again if I have the chance. The overall experience exceeded my expectations – the cleanliness was top-notch, facilities were complete and well-maintained, and the soundproofing was good. It's very convenient for getting around. Highly recommended!

Location is perfect if you want patong beach but not in the middle of it. It was just at the end away from the busy areas but getting on the bikes were only ever maximum 6/7mins. Very clean rooms, great for couples and girl groups who share and solo travellers. Nice an peaceful quiet hotel, not much going on and the buildings are seperated so the layout isn’t great but if your not fussed about just relaxing then this hotel is good

Would like to sincerely thank The Nature Phuket for giving us such a wonderful and memorable experience during our stay, even though it was only for one night in Phuket. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were greeted with such warmth and hospitality that instantly made us feel welcomed and comfortable. The atmosphere and vibes of the hotel were absolutely amazing, and every staff member we met was genuinely friendly and accommodating. A special shoutout to the team for successfully fulfilling our requests, especially the last-minute birthday surprise for my friend. I had forgotten to inform them earlier, but after confirming her birthday through her passport, they thoughtfully managed to prepare a sweet surprise for her on the very same day. We were truly touched by the effort and sincerity shown by the team. Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations, from the excellent service to the fun time we had enjoying the swimming pool together. Thank you once again for making our trip extra special — it was definitely an unforgettable experience for all of us!
