Great stay at Craft Resort! Pool is clean n big. Room is clean and spacious. Toilet is clean and water pressure is big.

Very nice resort with the pools right from your room. The staff is exceptional, very friendly and hospitable, the breakfast is good and the location is ok, but keep in mind that you will pay between 150 and 200 baht for a Bolt to bring you to Old Town. You could rent a scooter nearby for 200 baht a day. The general cleaning could be better though, at least at the checkin.

Cleanliness: Very clean. Environment: Decent, but a bit dated. Service: Average, not great. Transportation is extremely inconvenient. You'll mostly need to take taxis, and even though there's a free shuttle to Patong, it's still not very convenient.

The hotel is definitely deserving of its high rating. The area is clean and looked after, the pool is squeaky clean, the water is amazing and the staff is super friendly. The room is exceptional and the direct entrance to the pool is very convenient. Breakfast options are not boring, they were changed a bit during my 5 day stay. The only huge downside is the hotel location - quite far from island activities, beaches and notable places. Although the hotel provides transfers, they only go to Old Town area and not further. More frequent transfers and broader destinations would be an awesome addition.

The room is pleasant and has direct access to the pool, which is one of the nicest aspects of the stay. The staff is very kind and the hotel offers a convenient free shuttle to the city and the mall. This is the second time I stayed here. I love my first room better than the second one as it’s connecting to the mind pool. Location quite far from the city. If you rent a car or motorbike will be more convenient.

The room was spacious and very comfortable, and the kids had a blast! They spent all their time in the pool. It was my child's birthday during our stay, and the hotel even prepared a surprise and a cake, which was incredibly thoughtful! The only downside is that it's a bit out of the way, so getting around isn't super convenient, but everything else was super good!

The cleaning staff were incredibly polite and did an excellent job, so I left them a tip. The only downside is that it's quite far from the city center. The front desk staff don't speak much Chinese, but right next to the front desk there's a tour desk where you can easily book excursions. There's also a 'monkey mountain' nearby where you can see monkeys. In the mornings, you can swim or boat in the pool. However, the housekeeping department closes after 10 PM, and when I came back later to wash clothes and needed four hangers, there was no one to help. Overall, it has its pros and cons, but it's more suitable for a vacation. You can also order food from the restaurant for delivery.

The room is nice and big and had direct access to the pool from the balcony. There are some floats and a kayak available in the pool for additional fun. The breakfast spread is ok, but can be improved, along with their efficiency. Overall a nice place to spend a relaxing vacation at.

The room was clean and well-maintained. On our first day, I forgot to close the window, and a few mosquitoes got in, but the hotel promptly provided mosquito repellent. The pool area was incredibly relaxing and perfect for families with kids. The water is only 1.3 meters deep, which felt very safe, and our children absolutely loved it. We stayed for five days, only ventured out for two, and spent the rest of our time enjoying the hotel's pool and amenities – it was a truly rare and relaxing getaway. There are also good restaurants and a convenience store nearby, which was very handy. Just remember to keep your windows closed to keep out mosquitoes and geckos! Overall I do really recommend this place. Upon coming it’s super beautiful, pool is really nice, and so are the other facilities. Restaurant overall really good with vegetarian options. I got a massage at the spa and overall amazing they even give you fruits and tea after. Check in/out process very easy and they provide shuttle service to a few places as well as booking tours and activities right on site which is really convenient. The only thing I didn’t like was there were many tiny ants in room so you cannot leave any snacks out for a minute. And the room wasn’t really cleaned to the best, toilet and shower was clogged up one time but they fixed immediately.
