The fan for the bed was noisy, and the small light by the bed was too dim. However, the service was excellent.

Very friendly staff and comfortable location. It is easy to socialize and make good friends here. Next time I come back to Phuket I will choose this hostel again.

It was a very good trip in the hostel. The location is perfect, very close to several night market, to the grossery, a lot of good restaurants and cafe, from 5 minute to the old town and very close to the pier to go to Phi Phi Island.  The personal is also very kind and helpful !

They gave the best service and I had met a few strangers and we became friends too. What an awesome place to stay! Will be my next place to stay too.

Great. I like it. The bed is nice. The hostel had a breakfast for me, but I got up very late and forgot it. Next time if i gona stay in phuket town, I’ll definitely choose it again without doubt.

I would have liked to give it 5 stars, but at first I got a few bites, and by the third night I realized I was itching all over, with over a hundred bedbug bites all over my body. They were on my sheets, and I managed to crush three of them. I sent photos to management at 2 a.m. and spent the night without sleep or water to wash. Yet the hotel is clean. But "in my case," it's now impossible to go to the beach or get a massage. Vacation over.

The room is not bad, but the cleanliness is negative.

Excellent hostel, very close to the Old Town, good rooms, lighting sockets for each bed, towels are provided, there is a large space for gatherings on the ground floor with tables and sofas, if you need to work, it’s super comfortable there, and on the second floor there is a small common area. All liked it

Going on weekdays is comfortable. There are motorbikes for rent. Coming from the airport by bus is convenient.

The place has great ambiance. The reception lady n other stuff were very friendly and helpful. I stayed for one night at 2nd floor, neat n clean bed and bathroom… the next day went to Bangkok the stuff helped me to get to the airport… the only drawback I felt was the aircon…

This was one weird hostel stay experience I had. It was all pleasant except one bit. When I arrived in the evening, a kind lady at the reception comfortably checked me in. She also told me about nearby places and told me about the ferry booking to Phi Phi that I had enquired about. The dorm I was in was located in a hotel next door. I didn't mind that, it seemed nice and plush. I had a comfortable stay. There was breakfast included. I didn't get to choose what I wanted to eat (which is fine), I got a nice platter of bread and eggs. It was filling. I liked it. The owner also helped me book the ferry to Phi Phi over a phone call and whatsapp messages. Everything was well until I went to check-out. The ladies at the reception this time didn't understand any English, and there was this massive confusion on their end about my key and deposit of 100 baht. They returned the 100 baht deposit but then were so confused if they had even taken a deposit from me or not. I tried to explain that the lady at the reception yesterday (who spoke good english) had taken the deposit from me while checking in. But they didn't seem to understand. Honestly I found it amusing at first, with Google Translate and all. Eventually it became frustrating because I was getting late for my tour pick-up. This went on for almost 20-25 mins. Phone calls were made, translations were done, lot of discusions, all for 100 baht. I was ready to leave that deposit money and go because I was seriously getting late. In fact there was this another Australian girl who came for check-in at that time, saw the commotion, tried to help me out, and decided to not stay there seeing the confused staff. Finally there was some clarity somehow (I think they spoke to the lady from the previous evening perhaps), the staff apologised to me for the entire confusion and then I left. It was a basic miscommunication due to language barrier and the staff genuinely wanted to help, but it was frustrating after a point. I don't blame them honestly, it was just a dampner to a very good stay. Hence I am giving a 9 rating and not 10. I hope the owners read this and make it a point to keep a English speaking staff at the reception because they have so many foreigners staying at all times. It will avoid silly confusions like I had.
