The room was very comfortable; we had a two-bedroom, two-bathroom option. It was clean, with comfortable beds and pillows, and included a kitchen, microwave, fridge, and kettle. The air conditioning in the rooms was quiet, and there were two balconies. We really loved the room; everything was well-thought-out, and it would be perfect for a long-term stay. We stayed at this hotel for one night. The room was clean, the staff was attentive, and we were checked in immediately without any waiting. There's a 7-Eleven, cafes, a currency exchange, and a fruit stand nearby, so everything we needed was close at hand. It's about a 5-7 minute walk to the beach. It wasn't awful just fair but to be fair housekeeping did it's very best to be welcoming and the breakfast was adequate and the room with a view was appreciated...so why complain..it's an aging building with aches and growing pains.. ac is loud, wind rattles the windows, couch has seen better days... however it was an 800 walk to a beautifully empty beach in a quiet area of phuket away from the maddening crowd... it was cheap and tried hard to the best it could be considering the elements.

the location is amazing, and the service is also super nice, but, unfortunately the cleanliness is very poor, the towel and the sheet are so dirty. love the pool vibe tho.

Not a bad hotel. We stayed overnight as a stopover before continuing our journey to Koh Samui by car. A huge plus is the massive parking lot right next to the hotel. For breakfast, you have to choose from a list what you want to eat. We booked a large family 3-room suite, but there was hair on the floor. There are many cafes and shops nearby. I would definitely recommend skipping the breakfast. I would stay here again if I come back.

Very nice hotel, everything looks new, clean and tidy. Wonderful friendly people working at the reception. The sea is 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Lack of a wardrobe is a bit of an inconvenience: there’s just a short rail with 4 hangers and a few open shelves. Breakfast is good, with papaya, melon and water melon every day, three Thai food options and several european things to choose from. Would happily stay there again.
