Overall the stay was good, rooms and pools are clean. But the location is a bit too far in to walk from main road.

Unfortunately, too much chlorine was added to the pool, which gave me a gastroenteritis attack after drinking it. And the fragrance in the room was so strong that I vomited and had diarrhea 20 times. I would have called an ambulance if I hadn't brought my own stomach medicine. The hotel service is very good, just not for people who are sensitive to smells. I hope the pool doesn't get so chlorinated！And don't spray the room with too much fragrance, or it will make people dizzy

Location is quite far away from Phuket town. I should have done more research beforehand. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Swimming Pool was another attraction, my kids didn’t want to leave the pool. I would not stay again at the same location just only because it’s far away from town. If you like quite location, this is the one to go for and there is few restaurants on walking distance.

The washing machine is convenient to use, and there are staff to help solve the problem. The disadvantage is that the air conditioner is not cool enough, and the room cannot be cooled down when it is very hot during the day. The most unsatisfactory thing is that I was told to check out at 11 o'clock, and the maximum extension is 11:30.
