Nice clean basically all new rooms great location the young staff were amazing 🤩

Every time chicken and hotel you show us a photo with a nice lobby nice room but when we arrived to the hotel, it’s really not that you use show you show in an hour. I’m in online or that application. It’s a different one and thank you so much.

The hotel is okay and very quiet please as I said again the clean of the place and there’s a mosquito when I buy some spray to kill them mosquitoes still that’s all thank you

Average hotel . we enjoyed our stay here . Nearby hotel area .. things are cheaper compared to other areas. walking street is at 20-25 min walkable distance . One Indian restaurent is just nearby .

Would highly recommend. I think the thing that impressed me the most is the quality of the guests that choose this hotel. Never dealt with noisy guests. Very respectful place. Attracts good people from all over the world.

Overall, it was very pleasant staying at this hotel.

Nice to stay

We made 5 days rezervation around 4 months before. The hotel score is high. But the room we have was not in breeze otel. There was another building next to breeze hotel and similar to breeze hotel. Tropical Hotel and Baan Ketkaew Guest House are written on the building. the room was at the back side and looking at a construction. And also there was a construction next to that building. After first day we requested from the hotel to give another room in breeze otel real building. Because it was a bit further than that construction. But the manager said we paid earlier and lower price than season price and standart room price. Than on 3.day I did not feel good and stay in room but it was not possible to stay in that noisy room. And for the last two days no more we can stand and we had to change the hotel. Than high season we had yo pay 8000 baht. As a trip.com I am expecting at least two days refund which is around 1500 baht. As a wellknow company you can make refund for two nights. I am a traver and blogwriter. I want to be happy trip.com services. Byy
