My experience at Breezotel was wonderful and unique. The service was excellent, and the hotel staff were friendly and always smiling, especially the receptionist (Honey), who was very helpful. The housekeeping team was also great and very responsive. The room was comfortable with beautiful furniture, which made my stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. I highly recommend staying at this hotel and wish them continued success. I won’t say goodbye, but rather, see you soon.

Not the best and the worst, not very clean and not too dirty. If you are planning to stay for couple of days ok but not over a week as I stayed for 10 days

In general, everything is ok. Hotel staff is helpful, the location is not bad. Air conditioner might need some maintenance, but it still works.

Worst place I've stayed in all my time going to Phuket .Outside my window noise 24 hours thing that works air-conditioning would stop for about 5 to 7 mins then back on .I open curtains to see not 3 feet away an other room .I asked to be moved to mountain view they were looking another £220 plus there is no safety deposit in any of there rooms .Three nights I stayed in different hotels so I could get asleep 😴. I paid yous £730 for a load of noise .Trip.com yous want to take that Breezotel off your website .The day I was leaving two different people tried 5 rooms and did not want to stay in any of them so what does that tell you. Management of hotel will probably tell you nothing

I recently stayed at the Breezotel hotel in Patong Beach, Phuket, and had an amazing experience! The staff were incredibly polite and friendly, always willing to lend a helping hand. The hotel's location was perfect, close to the beach and local amenities. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. It is very family friendly hotel.
