The room was spacious but showed some wear & tear. There was only one chair which was not exactly comfortable. I missed a haidryer and a kettle but found it thoughtful that I was given 2 bottles of water and a roll of toilet paper everyday. The bathroom was practical but the “all in one” affair where the shower is not separated from the rest of the bathroom and everything gets wet. The staff at the reception was kind. There was hot water available as well as instant coffee and teas as well as a microwave - all in a room that was probably once used as a breakfast room. The pool was quite small (3x6m) with 2 sunbeds.

I enjoyed my stay, the evening staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located within walking distance to tons of restaurants and shops. I just enjoyed walking around seeing everything. Close to bars and within walking distance to the Sunday evening street market. The room was very comfortable, the bed was just what I needed after a long day of travel and walking. I definitely recommend it

Absolutely great hotel! The location is very convenient — the Old Town is just a 10-minute walk away, and there are bus stops nearby. You can reach the aquarium and a secluded beach in about 15 minutes by bike. The room and the pool are clean, and the staff are very friendly. Enjoyed the stay. Thank you.

Almost perfect, but the bathroom may need some upgrades. The room is spacious. The staff is very welcomed, and available for 24 hours. The hotel provides towels with different colors everyday, to show it is renew. There is a swimming pool and gym which I have no time to use even stayed there for 3 nights 🥲. There is very spacious public space, which I wish the hotel may offer Breakfast option in future, but no worry Grab Food is also available 24 hours too.

Be aware or the fact that there is a nightclub nearby and if you are on that facing side you will hear loud music all night till 4am

Nice accomodation and service, we even found a friendly lizard in our room, what a nice experience :)

The service was fine and it was pretty clean, just the floor tiles were a bit dirty and the water pressure in the toilet was low. But the noise was unbearable! The bar downstairs was still blasting music at 3-4 AM, then a motorcycle would zoom by every now and then... I barely slept all night. They didn't even provide earplugs or a hairdryer. I don't know how anyone else sleeps here. I've never booked such a terrible place.

The hotel is located 10 mins away from Phuket Town. Super convenient. There are lots of food places that are super chest and delicious. As for the room, it was very big and confy. I wish It had shampoo as part as the toiletries as well. The only things offered in the room were the bottles of water, plastic cap and soap. Hairdry was only available if you ask for it at the front desk

The room smelled really bad when I first entered, so I had to call staff to spray some kind of liquid. The room itself was just okay, but it had two pools which was great. I was woken up by chickens crowing in the morning, and it's not facing the street. The front desk staff were polite.

No toothbrush/toothpaste provided and guest have to loan the hairdryer from the receptionist. The air-conditioning wasn't working well until we had to change room. However, the staff service is very helpful to help us resolve the situation without much delays.

We had a really pleasant stay at this hotel in Phuket Old Town. The rooms were spotless — very clean, modern, and well-maintained throughout. You can tell the staff take real pride in keeping everything tidy and welcoming. The pool was a lovely bonus — perfect for cooling off after exploring the town. It was quiet, clean, and surrounded by a nice little seating area, making it a great place to relax in the afternoon. Location-wise, it’s ideal: right in the heart of Old Town, close to shops, cafes, and night markets, but still peaceful at night. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the whole place had a calm, comfortable vibe. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean and convenient stay in Phuket Old Town!

Walkable distance to Phuket town. Budget friendly. Clean room but no bath tub so toilet may get wet from shower. Water pressure can be improved. The front desk had a better rate for taxi than grab.
