We absolutely love this place. The road leading up is quite steep, so we always drive, as it's a fair distance to walk to both the beach and the main area. But the views are incredible, and the rooftop pool is amazing! After experiencing crowded hotels, this place feels absolutely ideal. What's more, every room features a huge balcony complete with sun loungers and either a private pool or a jacuzzi.

The hotel staff were very nice and the hotel was so pretty. The view was the best.

Slow and pricy not a good service at all

1: You have to pay an additional 2000. baht and a deposit of 2,000 baht total 4,000 baht😠 2: You have to pay extra for electricity even if you only stay in the room for 18 hours (in my case I already paid 500 baht) 3: Can you believe me that there is no coffee in the room, not even tea?🤣🤣 4: I go to the check-in time is 2 pm but have to wait until 3 pm but charge a cleaning of me 2000 baht…What is it? I have stayed at many hotels and I can honestly say this one is unprofessional and you will be disappointed. I don't care how much I pay but it's worth it or not, that's all!

These are very old apartments and they are very poorly maintained. There are many insects and cockroaches everywhere. In particular, in room G8 everything is old and completely smoked, it is impossible to breathe there.

The room was very satisfactory, but I only stayed for one night. There were other things. The cleaning fee was 2,500 baht. I checked in at 8 pm and checked out before noon the next day. The electricity fee was 280 baht for just one night. I found the big swimming pool very comfortable after checking out. It is suitable for multiple days and several families. The cleaning fee was too expensive. The room was cleaned when we left.

When I went to Phuket in 2016, I saw the promotion here and decided that I must stay here next time. It took me eight years to come back, but I was not disappointed. The view was amazing and the price was really good value for money, but the slope in front of the door was too scary.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this lovely hotel to anyone. It is actually a lovely hotel or villa but very run down, with mould and other problems that could not be fixed with much effort. It is only cleaned every 3 days but towels are only changed after repeated requests. The electricity, which you pay extra for, is extremely expensive. I paid around 130 euros for a week and we were only there in the evenings and did not have the air conditioning on all day.

The advantages and disadvantages are very obvious, and there are many comments on other platforms, which are relatively objective. 1. There are several people at the front desk. The guy who contacted me was very enthusiastic and the service communication was very good. It's just that WeChat occasionally replies slowly, but he will find a way to solve the problem. 2. The scenery is very good, and the photos of the swimming pool are also good. What you see is what you get, which is very good. 3. The slope is really shaking. It is really dangerous if you are older or wear slippers. It is about 45 degrees. Some larger taxis are reluctant to drive up. It is indeed not safe and a bit dangerous. Smaller cars can still drive, and basically go out by bolt, so be prepared to take a taxi back and forth. The hotel's free shuttle bus takes you to two nearby beaches. You must make an appointment in advance, at 9:30, 11:30 and 16:30. 4. Cleaning is done once on the fourth day, so be mentally prepared, and the water is changed on that day. 5. The deposit is 5000🐷, only cash is accepted. I stayed for five days and four nights, and the cleaning fee is 2500🐷, which can be paid later. The electricity bill can be saved (turn it off when you go out, and the room is slightly economical, a total of 2000🐷) 6. In terms of details, first, there are all equipment and tableware, a double-door refrigerator and microwave, and a washing machine and dishwasher were installed during my stay, but the problem is that the person who came to install it did not notify me, and knocked on the door directly, and then checked with the front desk and said that they forgot to remind me. Second, the water in the balcony swimming pool stopped spraying after one day of opening, and I don’t know why, so I didn’t care. Third, there are many foreigners and few Chinese. 7. There is a cat that has been squatting at the door. It comes out when you are ready to enter the door, and always follows people to come in. Wherever you go, you follow it. Sometimes you watch from a distance and sometimes you rub against it. You don’t eat canned food. You have to hide from it every time for fear of parasites. Maybe it’s because he missed it when a guest let him in before. As for hygiene, it’s still okay. As for safety issues, there is a gate guard, and it is very serious, so it should still be okay. However, although three of the rooms I stayed in had windows, only one had a floor-to-ceiling window with a balcony, and the other two had small windows and were internal windows, which were equivalent to darkrooms, so I had prepared for it.

The room is big, but the facilities are a bit old. If you have luggage, the car cannot enter, and there is no buggy, so you have to carry it yourself. Each building has several floors, no elevator, and no staff to help move. There are many hidden charges: the electricity bill is paid separately. We are very environmentally friendly and turn off the air conditioner when we go out. We only use the living room during the day and the bedroom at night. We paid about 500 Hong Kong dollars for a week, which is twice as expensive as the electricity bill in Hong Kong. The cleaning fee for check-in/out and every three days in the middle is also charged separately. We don’t want the cleaning fee in the middle, but they still charge it. There are many other better and cheaper options nearby.
