Room have great views over the city. The sound insulation in the room was not so good. Overall a decent stay though Breakfast buffet was decent and coffee was pretty aromatic.

Location is very close to phuket old town. Weekend night market is spectacular. Those who lived Indian food, Amritsar restaurant in old Phuket town Lia a must visit.

Very convenient location close to old town Heated outdoor covered swimming pool 🏊♂️ which is great Breakfast offered sufficient options But need to improve cleanliness and refurbishment as signs of wear and tear all around.

Booked a junior suite and definitely recommend this hotel although a little distance into old town very nice and Jo- Jo on the roof top bar was very friendly

Definitely worth it for the price but do not compare room with newer 5 star hotels. But service is 5 star.

The receptionist did not let me to stay at the hotel even *********** still need me to pay for the room. She said my booking is cancelled 20th August at 2 p.m. But I contact the agent at *********** it said the cancellation cannot be done. What happened? I have to move to stay at ibis. But the credit card still charged my stay at Novotel.

The hotel and stay is impressive.. but the room charges by trip.com is higher than other some of the websites

The hotel location is good. Rooms are big and clean. The buffet breakfast is average and the food is nothing to write home about. Location is perfect.

Great established hotel just 10 mins walk out of Phuket old town. Breakfast was acceptable and choices were different in two different mornings. Located outside were an expo selling cheap clothes as well as a daily local morning market selling food and wet market. Swimming pool was ok.

Good centrally located hotel. Many restaurants within walking distance. Many local bars as well to check out at night. Recommended in phuket town!

Good location and reachable to a lot of markets and attraction. Breakfast was quite decent with a good spread of food. Had a minor cleanliness hiccup but was promptly recovered by the hotel staff. Kudos to the staff! Some of the toilet amenities had to be requested but also promptly delivered to your room. Room is equipped with a decent Samsung brand TV. While there is no mirror feature, there are still a wide range of channels to watch. Facilities is sufficient especially the gym! Only downside I had is that one of the only two lobby lift is currently under maintenance so it was quite a hassle. Overall stay was enjoyable!

The staffs are helpful. Especially bellboy, he is kind and sincerely. The room is big and the view is good. I can see the Buddha and sea in room. If you have time you should go to the bar and enjoy the chill vibes in Phuket. There are supermarket and many restaurants nearby.
