The Title Comfort Condotel

I lived for a week in a single room overlooking the “yard” and iron roofs. I gave 1000 V per night. I think this is the maximum price for this place! Before this, I lived in Title KR for a week and here, of course, nothing except the territory has anything in common. Pros: - Location on Rawai (after the coronavirus, all other beaches died in terms of infrastructure - The presence of a swimming pool, although this is a ridiculous plus.. there is only one for such a bunch of people and accommodations. There is also a children's pond and a pond with frogs.. Rawai beach is not swimming! - a large refrigerator, there is a kitchen - there is parking for bikes and cars Cons: - Everything is old - a deposit of 500 V for a magnetic key (shock!) And they will only give you one, even if there are three of you living in a room for 4 (!) - IKEA furniture is as shabby as possible - the air conditioner blows straight into the bed - stock up on your own shampoo, shower gel, slippers and toilet paper. You will be offered only one set and one roll for the entire stay! - a lot of rust and mold on the balcony (there’s nowhere to even hang laundry) .Moreover, my friends lived in a room with two bedrooms and they had the same problem! There is a dryer, but it’s all rusty - there is no insect screen .. it’s impossible to open the window - all the lights, except one mini-night light, turn on and off in the corridor - the sound insulation is poor - very scary furniture on the balcony - either cold or boiling water pours from the shower. But there was a similar problem in Title KR - I stayed for 8 days, they cleaned only once. You will not be accommodated either 10 minutes or half an hour earlier than the specified check-in time! Better pay extra and choose Title KR nearby
