This guesthouse is centrally located in Phuket Old Town. The ground floor has a shopfront, with pearl necklaces sold in the front and the check-in area in the back. It has a very Chaoshan feel to it. The elderly owner, who I believe is also of Chinese descent, handled my check-in. The entire building is old, and the rooms are quite spacious, though some are oddly shaped. Since it has wooden floors and a loft, I wouldn't recommend it if you're concerned about soundproofing. However, I personally loved staying in this kind of environment; it felt like I was living in a movie. It's super convenient for getting anywhere in Phuket Old Town, and there are plenty of food options nearby. I really enjoyed it.

Perfect location! Such a lovely place ♥️ it really feels like a traditional Chinese home, full of warmth and charm. Staying here was like visiting my grandma’s house, cozy and welcoming. Everything was clean and comfortable. The only small thing is that there’s just one light in the room, so it’s a bit dim at night. But overall, a wonderful experience. I’d definitely stay here again!

The location is perfect - close to charming cafes, vibrant street art, and night markets, making it ideal for exploring the area. The cleanliness of the property is impeccable, and the rooms offer amazing accommodation conditions with cozy, well-designed interiors. Considering the low price, it’s an incredible value for money. One small downside is the 500 THB deposit required at check-in, which is refundable but worth noting. Additionally, the soundproofing could be better, as noise from the hallway or nearby rooms can sometimes be heard. Despite these minor points, my stay was a great experience overall. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and budget-friendly stay in Phuket Old Town, this guesthouse is a wonderful option!

The room was really small and it was impossible to recharge the mobile without having also the lights on. I had to remove the TV cable and use the power socket used for that. What is good is that the place is just in the middle of the city.

Since 6:00 a.m., there has been constant noise from a hammer drill. The guesthouse already has very poor soundproofing, making it extremely difficult to rest. On top of that, we could clearly hear people upstairs opening their suitcase zippers and even coughing. In addition, the room was not clean at all. The mini fridge had visible stains inside, and the shower curtain in the bathroom showed clear signs of mold. The door lock was very basic and did not feel secure, which made us feel unsafe during our stay. Overall, the experience was very unpleasant, and I would not recommend staying here.

This hostel is located right on Phuket Old Town street, which is super convenient for shopping. The weekend night market is right downstairs. We were pretty happy when we first arrived; even though the room was small, it was very clean. However, what really drove us crazy was that once we were already asleep at night, many guests—we don't know what nationality they were—were incredibly loud and noisy, severely disturbing our sleep. No hotel staff came out to stop them, and the noise was just deafening! Plus, because all the hallways and rooms in this hostel have wooden floors, early in the morning, cleaning staff and other guests were constantly walking around, which really impacted our rest. We didn't sleep well at night and were forced to wake up early in the morning! Overall, we weren't very satisfied and hope they improve their management!

Clean room, nearby market when Sunday night is crowded, difficult in night time access for door. In the morning you can here the staff prepare the room so the room is not noise canceling.

The location is great and worth for paying. Sometimes there is some noise for ppl who are sensitive but overall is great. I will come back.

They din give the room I booked due to poor arrangement. Just said the room is not available and give me another room.

Location is good, but service is average, receptionist not very friendly, check out strictly at 11am (they even called at 10+ to remind us to check out). There is also no hair dryer and it’s quite noisy at night as we can hear neighbours’ TV and door squeaking noise, room is very small, not enough space for big luggage

The owner was a bit rude.
