Heard my colleges got rooms with transparent toilet windows so the other colleague can see while showing.

The service is excellent although there were a few issues with communicating in English. The location is right next to Bangtao Beach which is one of the longer ones in Phuket. It is very good resort with good quality and cleaniness. The breakfast is good and service is fast. The options change daily and always tasty. The facilities are getting older but there is work being done to renovate. Some of the rooms are a little dated but they have rooms with newer equipment. The washroom shower head and toilet was a little older for example. Like I said, there are newer rooms so maybe the hotel can change your room if you find the outdated ones concerning. Overall, it is a great stay and definitely a nice place to call a temporary home in Phuket.

I truly loved this hotel!! And would come back here once more. The direct enter to the beach, three pools, free sport classes for guests. I went to Muai Thai boxing class and really enjoyed it. There is panoramic view gym and great breakfasts! The staff is also very kind and supportive. I would say it’s one of the best hotels in Bangtao beach😍 Highly recommend to take the room with the pool access. Also there is a coop restaurant Nora which belongs to the hotel. Try lobster ravioli there, I loved it for 100%. There are many deck chairs on the beach, so you don’t need to worry and come early to occupy in advance.

I enjoyed my stay here! Although not a beach resort, the room and common areas were spotless, and the whole building felt well cared for. It seems a new building. The pool was perfect for relaxing, and the buffet breakfast had enough options to start the day right. Overall, a very pleasant experience—I’d happily come back!

hotel room aircond very smelling ，toilet also not clean，massage not nice waste money ，and The sound insulation is very poor and the upstairs is very noisy

I was completely blown away when I first stepped foot in the lobby. The resort is stunning! Clean and looks luxurious.Further away from the crowded beaches. So it was peaceful and calm. Good for relaxing. The breakfast buffet each morning had a variety of things to choose from, a mix of Western and Thai food. The resort is also located on a beach so we could choose to make use of the beach or the swimming pools.

We absolutely loved the hotel, the room, swimming pools and delicious breakfasts! The front desk is always polite and ready to help:) The only thing we didn’t like is that gym works till 7 pm.. would be nice if they extend working time 🙈

The hotel has a great location — right by the beach and not too far from the airport, which made getting there really convenient. The room was newly renovated and decent in size, but it still felt a bit dated in some areas.

From the moment we arrived, Amora turned our trip around. After a frustrating experience at another property, the team at Amora kindly fit us into their last two available rooms—and we couldn’t have been more grateful. Chaimars greeted us with warm smiles, made check-in effortless, and even offered cool towels and refreshing coconut drinks to help us unwind. Our room was spacious, spotless, and perfectly appointed for our family. Every morning we looked forward to breakfast at Isla Restaurant—fresh, high-quality dishes that set the tone for the day. The entire Isla team went above and beyond, especially to celebrate my birthday. Their genuine warmth made the occasion feel extra special. Our boys spent hours splashing in the pool, and I appreciated the clean, well-equipped gym for a quick workout. The only downside was a single visit to Nora Beach Club, where the food and service didn’t measure up to the rest of the hotel—Isla remains our top dining choice. One small suggestion: an earlier room cleaning schedule would be ideal. Overall, Amora delivered exceptional service, lovely amenities, and true hospitality. We left with happy memories and fully intend to return on our next trip. Thank you, Amora team!
