Amazing Stay at the Hotel! We had a fantastic time at the hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly, and we enjoyed a delicious buffet breakfast each morning. Our room was spotless with a comfortable bed, and the view was simply stunning not far from Patong Beach and Bangla Road. We also had the chance to dine at the rooftop restaurant, where a live band added to the beautiful atmosphere. I want to give a special shout-out to Pond, one of the sweetest staff members, who did my makeup for free—such a kind soul! 😄🫶🏾 We were thrilled to add an extra day to our visit, and even though the hotel was fully booked, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us in another lovely suite. I highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to return!

Our second time at this hotel and we would come back every time we visit Phuket. Close to the beach, surrounded by great restaurants, great service from the staff, they are friendly and kind as always, nice pillows and room service is great too. Come to clean rooms and make up bed daily without having to be asked.

4/5 Stars - Great Stay Marred by One Disappointing Experience I recently spent a wonderful few days at Andaman Beach Suites Hotel, nestled in the heart of Patong, and had a fantastic time exploring this vibrant city's food, culture, and stunning beach. The Good: - Perfect location: walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the beach - Spacious, beautiful, and calming room with a soothing white color scheme - Friendly and helpful receptionists made check-in and check-out seamless - Vibrant city atmosphere and delicious local cuisine The Not-So-Good: - Unfortunately, our room was cleaned by a housekeeping staff member who seemed to help themselves to my brand-new, unused cigarettes and lighter. This was a first for me in all my hotel stays, and it raised trust concerns. Despite this incident, I loved overall experience in this Hotel. The pros far outweighed the cons, and I appreciate the hotel's efforts to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Recommendation: To management: Please address this housekeeping issue to ensure guests' trust and security. To potential guests: Don't let this incident deter you. Andaman is still a great choice, with its fantastic location, lovely rooms, and warm reception. Everything is good specially the seaview room with spectacular seaview. The only thing need to improve is breakfast, not much varieties and almost the same daily.

Services, food and live music was great , only internet at 17th floor was not stable then number of report but still no promptly respond

Large rooms - room has ants - good swimming pool - basic breakfast. About 10 min walk to the beach - massage shops near the hotel.

It’s a good hotel overall, the location is great, but I think for 100$ a day, they could provide better service.

Booked a superior room which is not located in the big building instead they are in a 4 story building which is not good, no front desk or bell boy. Request for upgrade but was not treated friendly. Will never book this hotel again. Breakfast was not good, not much variety

Very noisy couldn’t able to sleep , air cone noise after paying staff didn’t listen I called 3 times , they don’t care , completely wast of money

Great hotel, very close to a lot of restaurants, the staff was friendly and professional. There was a variety of breakfast options and the pools were crystal clear. Overall, a great experience.
