It seems like there are a lot of European guests here. They even surprised me with a birthday celebration! The room and location are both lovely. The only minor drawback is the inconsistent shower temperature.

It was nice, very clean! Very friendly staff. Unfortunately the pool is open only till 8pm what’s real disadvantage, because of it we were not able to use it.

The hotel is wonderful, but be prepared for some challenging walks (though there's a solution: a free shuttle bus runs to the city every 30 minutes).

Staff and members are really helpful and always smiling. The room are so tidy and I love the bathroom without any mold. Cause I am allergic to mold and dust. Very satisfying for me. ❤️❤️ Of course the view from our view is amazing and the hotel upgrade me to sea view as well. 🤩

Returned to the hotel for the second time. We were here last year. I love the villa. The view there is gorgeous.

Beautiful Resort and a great view with excellent customer service

Our stay at this hotel was amazing! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive — they truly go above and beyond. Even when we had to check out early, they prepared a breakfast box for us to take on the road. Such thoughtful service! Everything was perfectly taken care of, down to the smallest detail. Highly recommended!

Ocean View Top, Breakfast max. Ok. , Pool ok/good, Staff: Very friendly and always helpful whenever possible. Management: Service and quality generate costs, but it is up to management to decide how these are implemented. Reducing room amenities (max. 1 tea bag per day), extra charges for late check-out, no flexibility for reception to accommodate guests who wish to extend their stay, different add-ons depending on the booking agency... Unfortunately, this shows that management is not very focused on the guest... P.S. All in low season.

Good hotel. Only two drawbacks: 1) Located at a very steep location 2) Doesn’t have lift/elevator hence could be an issue with the elderly traveller. Food is amazing. Staff look a bit dull and boring.

Nice place and nice staff. We loves to stay there. If it should be one littel thing to complain for: propell put their tovels in sunbed early in morning so it could be difficult to find a sunbed with an umbrella after breakfast.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. However, my room was not made available at 2pm (delayed by 1 hour) as stated in the website. And need to improve the cleanliness of the room.

Amazing place to stay. Highly recommend but be prepared to walk on a very steep hills if you don’t have any transportation available.
