Poorly maintained hotel. Dusty furniture and dirty shower cubicle. No view from the balcony as there is a huge wall right in front of it. Was celebrating a birthday but not done by the hotel. Hotel was not ready to upgrade or cancel the booking. Bad location as we had to walk up the hill to reach the hotel. Swimming pool water did not look clean so we did not even bother to use the pool. No bell boy so we were told to carry our own luggage to the room during check in and check out. Overall experience was bad. Also Trip.ae was not able to assist with the booking cancellation even though the hotel pictures were not the same in reality. The special occasion was ruined. We expected better.

Good little hotel a bit far out from things and taxis do not like going up the hill in order to drop you off there. Could do with a refurb but friendly staff.

The room was ok to stay but pool was dirty to swim. Most of visiters swim with their no swimming suits. Its aweful. Hotel management need to work on swim cleaning.

This hotel was not renovated as advertised on the website and was a big disappointment. The the pool was dirty and tiles loose, shower screen not cleaned properly and escape route blocked by a ladder. It is waiting for something to happen here as smoke detectors were disabled. made a complaint but Trip.com forwarded complaint to manager who refused to address the issues. This hotel should not be sold on a website like Trip.com .

everything was ok,got bike rental but the owner of the bikes dont know wht to say...already fill the fuel before returning back but need to fill again the fuel that bring by them, and also the aircond of the room every nighg around one hour will turn off automatically 😌🗿🗿💀

The employees are nice, the location is good and quite. It is just 5 minutes away by walk from Patong center. Breakfast is normal.

*Review for Baan Yuree Resort & Spa* I recently stayed at Baan Yuree Resort & Spa, and while it had its ups, there were quite a few things that left me disappointed. First off, the room was just okay – nothing extraordinary. The furniture was quite poor and didn’t feel comfortable or well-maintained. The amenities provided were also very basic, and there wasn’t anything special to make my stay stand out. Another downside was the iron situation. I was surprised to learn that I had to pay a deposit to use an iron, which was unexpected and inconvenient. On top of that, when I arrived late in the evening, the staff gave me a room without fulfilling my initial requirements or preferences, which was disappointing. Overall, the experience didn’t live up to my expectations. There’s definitely room for improvement, especially when it comes to guest services and room quality.

Hotel is dated But beautiful sizes in the rooms, you will be welcome with threats this charges that charges which reputable hotels dont do, losing a key card 1000 charges loosing a safe key 2000 bath towel damage charge 500 etc etc shedule of unnecessary charges will welcome you as a guest. Hotel is on hill away from hustle bustle, but yes down  2 minutes every thing available like cheap rate good massages super markets city life

Dated hotel, room not cleaned during stay even though requested. Broken class and tiles near pool. Breakfast not worth it nor having to pay for an second key card. Told could not use facilities after check out.

The reception staff are not friendly, not helpful, and speak badly, especially the young men. The hotel is old and run down. The bed is old and very hard. Breakfast has few choices, the food is not delicious. The swimming pool and surrounding area are not maintained or renovated. The housekeeper came to clean the room very slowly, notified 3 times since 1 pm. The housekeeper came at 6 pm, changed the towels and did not bring all the new amenities. Overall, it is very bad, not worth the price. I do not recommend staying here. I personally will not come back to this hotel again. The pictures in the site does not true. พนักงานต้อนรับไม่เป็นมิตร ไม่ช่วยเหลือ พูดจาไม่ดี โดยเฉพาะคนที่เป็นวัยรุ่นผู้ชาย โรงแรมเก่าทรุดโทรม เตียงเก่าและแข็งมาก อาหารเช้ามีตัวเลือกน้อย อาหารไม่อร่อย สระว่ายน้ำและสถานที่โดยรอบไม่ได้รับการดูแล ปรับปรุง แม่บ้านมาทำความสะอาดห้องช้ามากแจ้งไป 3 รอบ ตั้งแต่บ่ายโมง แม่บ้านมาหกโมงเย็น เปลี่ยนผ้าเช็ดตัวและนำของใช้ใหม่มาให้ไม่ครบ โดยรวมคือแย่มาก ไม่สมราคา ไม่แนะนำให้มาพัก โดยส่วนตัวจะไม่กลับมาใช้บริการที่นี้อีก รูปไม่ตรงปก
