My stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Phuket Banthai Resort was wonderful. The resort’s location is perfect – just steps from Patong Beach and a short stroll to the vibrant Bangla Road nightlife, yet it manages to feel like a peaceful oasis. Upon arrival, I was greeted with warm smiles and the signature DoubleTree cookie, setting the tone for a welcoming experience. Our room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with a balcony overlooking one of the beautiful pools. The bed was plush and comfortable, and we slept soundly each night. Speaking of pools, the resort has three gorgeous swimming pools (each with a swim-up bar), so finding a spot to relax was never an issue. We started each day with a lavish breakfast buffet offering Thai and international dishes – everything was fresh and delicious. The on-site dining options were excellent, and a relaxing visit to the spa was a highlight of our stay. Above all, the service was top-notch. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and eager to help – they went above and beyond to make us feel at home. I highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Phuket, and I can’t wait to return.

Superb location with good services. Located in the middle of Patong. Good water pressure.

Bed was very uncomfortable as the bed sheets, the King bed was actually two single bed put together, there’s gap in the middle, and the quilt cover was too small and wasn’t soft at all! Bathroom was dirty.

Amazing location and hotel stay! Was upgraded to ground floor unit with direct access to pool fr room. Lovely concierge always willing to help. Not forgetting nice cold welcome drink and fresh cookies! Def wil recommend and be back again!

Great location, friendly staff. Tom in the tiki bar was very kind and helpful. The stay was very comfortable. The restaurant food was DELICIOUS. We would stay again.

Booked 2 rooms for the hotels and they arranged 2 connecting rooms at the poolside which is a very nice courtesy arrangement. Rooms and toilet are clean, beds are so comfortable. Have welcome drinks and towels for guests when check in👍🏼 The breakfast area is well displayed , varieties of food to choose from , some food items changed daily , you will discover when you stay here. Hotel is located near patong beach within few min walking distance 😙 Love to come again next time.

The pool side food was NOT GOOD! Seemed like they gave me left overs from the breakfast buffet. The air conditioner in the room couldn’t be adjusted and it was too cold. When turned off, the room was too warm. Not the best experience

The location was amazing. The staffs were friendly. Just note that you’d have to give a deposit of 1000 bhat at check in.
