I spent a whole week there during the rainy season. The balcony is nice and big, but it's so wet during the rain. And the view outside is not beautiful, haha.

Everything was great, the staff were lovely, and the hotel itself, though a bit dated, was still good.

The hotel are so lucky to have Mr Lee looking after the guests at the hotel, his customer service, professionalism and warm hospitality exceptional ! Nice small pool, spacious rooms, 7/11 across the road…20 mins walk to the beach.

Big, spacious room. It was quite clean, but the rooms are old and run-down. The TV didn't work, and the elevator was out of service 6 out of 7 days, so we had to walk up to the 4th floor.

Big, spacious room, quite clean, but the rooms are old and run down. The TV didn't work, and the room faced the road, so it was very noisy at night from the bar across the street and the traffic.

Upon check-in, the room had a dirty floor, no pictures on the walls—just screw holes and dirty stains. The air conditioning control panel was pulled out and dangling by a wire. The next day, it completely broke. They promised to send a technician, but no one showed up for 5 days. We had to fix it ourselves. They offered to move us to another room, but it was exactly the same 🤷‍♀️
