The staff were friendly and smiling, and the hotel was very clean. The room was also spacious, which was great. If it were a bit closer to the city center, it would be absolutely perfect!!!

The staff are friendly. There's a 1000 baht deposit. The room was cleaned daily. It's close to the beach, and Bangla Road is within walking distance, though not super close.

It was an amazing experience to stay in Benetti house. Location is near patong beach and also airport bus station. Service is so good. Room is cleaner than I expected. Thanks to the hotel.

Great hotel in a quiet side street. Wonderful staff, you always felt cared for. Spacious room, high-quality air conditioning, balcony, daily cleaning and two bottles of water. We also took advantage of the airport transfer service. Thank you very much!

There's no ventilation, the balcony faces the wall of the next building, and during our two-day stay, the towels and linens weren't changed, nor was the room cleaned. The only polite staff were at reception. Zero pros.
