The staff were very nice and helpful! But our room had a very foul smell which we will assume was from the pipes. We complained to the reception staff and she said someone will come clean the room and spray air freshener. When we returned to the room the smell was gone but once the shower or toilet get used the smell returns. It made it impossible to stay in the bathroom to do your makeup or get ready. The only mirror in the room is also in the bathroom. The overall cleanliness and standard of the bathroom and room all together was very poor. I will not recommend this hotel due to the cleanliness level

The facilities look good. However the room is quite worn out. The staffs are so so. We booked deluxe room with balcony but when checking in the staff gave us room without balcony and with only one small window looking the hallway. When informed, they didn’t say anything but gave us a key for another room. Parking is easy. Overall was an okay stay. Wouldn’t book here again as there are better choices in the same price ranges

Directly near Bus terminal 1, about 10 minutes walking from the old town, room with mini refrigerator, TV, couch, safe, the bed is very big. 2 pools, small fitness room with 3 machines and weights. Very good breakfast

Walking distance to Phuket old town. Is a good place to stay, not crowded. Near by many delicious foods place. And breakfast is good.

Location is great. I think this hotel has some of the strongest water pressure among others that I’ve stayed. The only let down and also the reason why I’m not coming back is the extremely firm bed and springy pillow which make it hard for me to sleep. Felt like sleeping on a concrete floor.

I liked the breakfast service as there were variations of it - from fresh fruit to hot dishes. The location is also great as it sits in the middle of the city and it’s only 1 minute away from Phuket Bus Terminal. But the drawback of the hotel is probably the in-room amenities which I had expected to be available. I think the in-room amenities, especially toiletries and design should be curated to make it look nicer or fancier- it’s too plain for us as I think with the price we paid we were expecting a little more of design work from them.

Nice hotel in the city centre, close to the old town. The room is well equipped but need some more attention on cleaning and maintenance.

Very nice hotel, kids love it so much. Staff is friendly, hotel facilities is great. Lovation is awesome near to phuket weekend night market. Will definitely choose this hotel if we are in phiket town.

Improved a lot since we last came here. Clean and quiet area.

When we first checked in and went into the master bedroom I was amazed but when I took a look into the bathroom I saw a bathtub and usually I shower in bathtubs and I loved it but this hotels bathtub was very filthy and I think the water was bit dirty. I was a bit confused at first but when I took a shower in the bathtub and filled it up with water it wasn’t any normal water  it was yellow and that was when I realised this water had bacteria so I immediately got out of the bathtub and until then I was still dissatisfied.
