If you are looking for an inexpensive place right in the middle of Patong and it’s hectic night life then this is it. Actually the rooms are quiet, comfortable and clean and the staff very friendly and helpful and spoke good English. Great value for money and a decent pool & gym

The whole place smelled like a shrimp boat vomited in a frat house when I arrived. Not sure what happened there but eventually it was more or less cleaned up. However the windowless room i had booked was freshly painted and thus rather toxic with no ventilation. To their credit, they upgraded my room, but felt I shouldn’t have been asked to take a room in that condition in the first place and have to hassle to get it taken care of. I dock them on service for this and the fact that calling the desk would get you nowhere and would thus have to walk the stairs to find the guy playing on his phone. Similarly, no towels for the pool at 11am, so back up the stairs to get my room towels. Pool was cool, but ruined by blasting disco music in the morning. The kicker was they refused my guest. Advertised as ”no kids” hotel I thought this would translate into adult friendly policies otherwise but …nope. Gatekeeping your lifestyle in the heart of Patong. Solo travelers advised to avoid. Maybe couples too, lest they deem you unworthy.

All in all it was a nice stay. It’s in the very center, so if you are planning to party, it’s definitely a good stay. The staff was very nice. It was not the cleanest room I’ve ever stayed but it was fine for the price.

The staff are smiling, helpful, flexible and responsive.
