Dara Hotel

We stayed here for 3 nights and it was so so staff were nice but no laundry service ( on the first arrival day i asked quite late so they said the laundry stopped working but on the 2nd day the FO staff said there are no service inside the hotel so she offer helping sending it outside?), quite ??? for me near central phuket but all far from beaches

Amenities are good, service is good at times. It’s a safe hotel in a quiet area but far from everything. Not really walking distance to anything but the central shopping centre

We had a room with the pool view and it was really nice. The room itself is really modern and clean. Hotel comes with all amenities and facilities advertised. The breakfast is one of the best i had. The swimming pool is really really nice. Would highly recommend staying at the hotel. It can be a little long getting to places but i think its still in a good location.

Overall we had a great stay at Dara hotel. The staff are friendly and the reception staff, in particular, dealt quickly and professionally with issues regarding faulty safes and the room not being cleaned on one occasion. The pool is about 20m and is cleaned regularly. We chilled here most mornings. The gym is adequate and I appreciated the hotel maintenance cleaning and removing equipment that was broken. I used the treadmill and weights daily. The hotel should have rules for using the gym though, as parents allowed their children to play on the equipment a few times when I was in there which is quite dangerous. The rooms were spacious and the room cleaning ladies enjoyed making our towels into different animals! They were super friendly too. We enjoyed the breakfast which was 350 baht each per day. The hotel had an extensive spread catering for western and Asian customers. I would stay here again as it’s close to 2 huge malls and about 30-40mins from Patong, Kata and Karon beaches, which we liked, but found the location of Dara hotel was an easier pace, less noisy and more suited to us.

The door was open to my room and dont close by itself Gym equipment boken! Everything but the weights. My sheets are dirty from the one that had my room before and small bugs Smells disgusting of chemicals and dirt from their cleaning equipment and its not a joke, every time I walk in my room it smells so bad and even in the hallways The fan in the bathroom sounds like a helicopter and the shower drain doesn’t drain.. and from the vent at night it sounds like someone sleeping in the rooms i got so scared. i did not enjoy my visit
