Nice hotel with friendly staff. The pool is tiny, but ok for a dip and I was able to start on my tan !

Great value. 2kms away from central festival and only 15 mins away by car to Rassada Pier. Smoking was allowed on the balcony. It needs a little refurbishment, the toilet seat and the water heater were a bit outdated but still usable. There is also a rooftop pool. The fridge is big but there is no coffee tea amenities. Hot water and coffee cups are provided next to the lobby and just outside is local food that sells salapao for breakfast.

Not enough staff for service. No hair dryer in room. inadequate parking

The rooms are shaky, there are problems with water, problems with wifi, the bedding is torn, the air conditioner is leaking! Not worth the money!
