Very close to Patong Beach. There is a 7-Eleven right in front, and you can walk to Bangla Road within 10 minutes. The facilities are not up to date, but if you do not stay long and mainly do outdoor activities, it is not a big problem.

Awesome hotel for the price. Right by the beach and in the heart of all the action in Patong. Owner was super nice and helpful. Staff was all very nice and professional. Location, location location! Perfect location , perfect price. I stayed this time for 3 weeks. My wife and I will make this our permanent place to stay here. I had a really wonderful vacation. Thanks!

Excellent value for money hotel near Patong Beach. Mam is amazing and her family/staff very helpful. Room was cleaned everyday and the air con a life saver on a hot day. Would recommend to anyone wanting value for money in the centre of Patong.

for anybody looking for great location super helpful staff and of course great value for money I would highly recommend to stay here.Being in a wheelchair accessible in the room was fantastic with lift access the only down side was small step getting into the building but the owner assured me ramps are on the way make things easier but the staff are always there to help

A Lot of broken things, extremly dirty behind and over the bed.
