The Nest Resort Patong

I was happy for the first day arrive that owner look friendly and hotel looking cozy to stay then the night after I'm back from night out around 2 am people still party louder next to the pool and no staff to take care of this noisy people in late night time that other guest wanna rest.then the sec day i was surprised when i left my key card in room in the evening and i am back to my room I was shocked that electric in room close and actually someone came to my room to took out key card then i called to the phone number in the door reception because no one work anymore to ask about my key,the answer kinda bad to me that they say me turn on ac and left room ,then i ask where the key so staff say it there just look for it by yourself then hangup 🙄 but it actually i'm not okay that have someone come to my room without permission because it have other stuff i left in room and i didn't used safe box it about security and about privacy of guest to stay why u have to come check people when they not in room or how you think to walk in guest room when they not there.this never happened to me before and I'm not happy for this hotel and will never go back or recommend to all people i know. เป็นโรงแรมที่แย่มากๆ เข้าห้องแขกโดยที่ที่แขกไม่รู้เรื่อง หากของมีค่าหายก็คงจะโทษแขกเองอีกที่ทิ้งของไว้ไม่ใส่ตู้เซฟ ถึงลูกค้าจะเปิดไฟ เปิดแอร์ไว้ คุณก็ไม่ควรจะเข้าไปโดยที่เขาไม่รู้ไหม เรามาพักบริการเพื่อพักผ่อน เราจ่ายเงินคุณ แต่กลับถูกรุกล้ำความเป็นส่วนตัว พอโทรแจ้งว่ากุญแจห้องถูกถอด แถมยังว่าเรื่องเปิดแอร์ทิ้งไว้ ให้หาเอาเองกุญแจอยู่ในห้องนั้นแหละ แล้วตัดสายทิ้ง no mind service และเรื่องพนักงานยามดึกก็ไม่มี ปล่อยคนจัดปาร์ตี้ข้างสระน้ำเสียงดังรบกวนผู้เข้าพักคนอื่น ตี2-3 ก็ยังไม่เลิก ตอนแรกก็คิดว่าที่พักโอเค น่าพักเล็กๆ เงียบๆ แต่ดูแล้วคงจะไม่กลับมาใช้บริการอีก เรื่องความเป็นส่วนตัวและความปลอดภัย เราไม่โอเคมากๆกับที่นี่ แย่มากๆ

the best value in Patong, small resort but beautiful place, big swimming pool very clean, small bar, have different room with view pool or other with jacuzy, quiet area staff very friendly and full help you, really the best choice

They are cheaters. When I chech-in to hotel I paid 500 tbh extra as a room key deposit. When I check out there was nobody at the reception then I left to key on table. I asked them deposit return to my credit card. They refused and they not answer me. Not only Hotel but also *********** customer servis. They don’t fix any trouble. Be carefull. Also to much mosquitors and bugs in the room. Very noisy refrigirator.
