We booked our stay from 20/2 to 24/2 from trips.com We having the breakfast buffet on 23/2 and My wife and I and our 2 years old son, all of us vomiting around 4:30pm++!! We missed the carnival magic show and wasted the ticket!! Furthermore We went to Bangkok hospital around midnight due to getting worst!! Extra cost!! Hotel reception not helpful at all!!

The hotel room was incredibly dirty, and for two adults and two children, they put us in a hotel at the foot of a mountain. There were so many mosquitoes in the room. When we tried to check out early through the platform, the hotel said no. So, we had to switch rooms the next day. Honestly, this hotel was pretty speechless. The lunch they offered wasn't good either. And my child even fell and got hurt! Overall, it was a really bad experience. Plus, it's up in the mountains. I'd advise everyone to find a hotel in Phuket Town; it's much more convenient for food and shopping. The transportation here is really inconvenient.

Everything about the hotel was perfect, it was clean and relaxing. It’s a bit far from other places but the hotel has free service shuttles that can take you to old town Phuket. For a relaxing time I’d definitely recommend this place 👌🏽.

Pleasantly surprised! The hotel was absolutely perfect, with a huge, quiet swimming pool and excellent service. It's truly beautiful.

LOVED our stay here and would recommend the place to others. See my below pros and cons. Pros: -the staff was very friendly. They all worked very hard to make sure the guests are happy. -The food was delicious (especially the curry’s). Everything is good except maybe some of the western things like the hamburgers. Stick with the Thai dishes. The breakfast buffet was slightly above average. -The rooms were very clean. No bugs. -They provided us a very nice crib for our nine month old -we never once heard our neighbors, or any guests, through the walls. -The ac worked great. -There is a free shuttle to old town Phuket each day (but see cons below on this). You can use the Bolt or Grab app to call a taxi. This is much cheaper than the on site taxi. -Free ride to and from the local beach (it’s not realistic to walk there because the road is too steep). -The beach is very quiet compared to most beaches in Phuket. There is a bar at the beach that serves all kinds of drinks. There are free beach chairs for you. If they are all taken the staff has large picnic mats for you to use (see below for negatives about the beach) -beach area has a small children’s playground. One of those plastic castle style climb / slide things. There is also two small football (soccer) goals and a volleyball net. -the beach is really nice in its own way. The sand and water is not as beautiful as other Phuket beaches, especially those on the west side, but the views of the nearby islands make it very serene and something the west side beaches don’t have. If you’re not coming to snorkel and see fish, it’s a good beach. There is also lots of shade if needed. -you get one free kayak rental per stay -The sheets in the room were changed every day and were very clean and comfortable -The hot water was really hot and never ran out. -our room had a mini fridge that worked great and had a little freezer section. -The pool is very clean, cool, and relaxing. You can order drinks right in the pool -The upper pool has an amazing view of the Thai islands. Make sure to get to the pool early (8-9am) and secure a chair or two if you plan to have a pool day. -speaking of the view, because you’re on the east side, there are many islands in the distance, making the view’s spectacular. The west side beaches you’re looking out into open ocean. Here you see mountains and hills in the distance. Cons: -they give your room 2 water bottles each day, but you’re stuck at the resort unless you hire a taxi. So we had to continually buy water from the desk or restaurant until we went out to the 7-11 (I recommend stopping at a convenience store on your taxi ride to the resort and stock up on water, drinks, snacks etc that you enjoy) -you have to get a taxi everywhere, even to a convenience store. -There is a small store on site that sells snacks, drinks, souvenirs, cigarettes, etc. but it was never open. We got really frustrated because our 9 month old uses water for his formula and we simply couldn’t get enough water, so we had to repeatedly ask to use the store and then a worker finally came and let us buy some water. -Our room did not have electric outlets next to the bed (could be a pro for some?). Actually, there was only one outlet in the room that was reasonably accessible to charge phones. (Plug outlets are multi purpose, had USA & Europe holes) -The snorkeling is terrible at the Supalai beach. Very murky and cloudy water (The tides are rather extreme here, hundreds of feet of shore line exposed), leaving a muddy/marsh like area at the beach each evening. We even did a day trip over to Naka Yai island and Nahka noi island and the snorkeling was also pointless because the water is so cloudy. If you plan to snorkel don’t stay in the east side. But if you just want to side by the shore, relax, and get in for a quick dip… the beach is ok. -No cloths line In Room to hang wet clothes / beach towels -the free shuttle into town only seats 11 people so you need to r

The hotel's location is quite far from the city's attractions. Each trip out costs between 600-800 Thai Baht, and a one-way journey takes about 40-60 minutes, regardless of the destination. There are no convenience stores or shops nearby. It's a good choice if you want to escape the tourist crowds! However, the hotel is a bit old, and the floor tiles in the room are incredibly slippery. The worst part is the extremely poor soundproofing. During our four-night stay, we could clearly hear conversations from the next room, and even the sound of their toilet flushing. On the positive side, the hotel staff were very accommodating and always willing to help with special requests.

A lovely resort with fantastic ocean views. Breakfast was OK but at key times, it was a little cold but you could always wait. Swimming pools were lovely and the beach was peaceful, as was the resort itself (before a large group turned up for Pongal celebrations).  Completely scheduled which was just what I needed.

If you call for a room service then they will come after 1 hr or 2hr even sometimes they will skip your quarry. The beauty of the location was amazing, but it is absolutely in a remote location so the only option of food is the hotel's own restaurant which is super expensive. Example; for a dinner of 2 person you have to pay at least 1,000 TBH for an average food.

If you are looking for something that are far away from the city where you can chill in the beach, pool and not crowded of tourist then this is a gem find. I love that they have their own beach access where you can swim, do kayak or just chill. Room is amazing, view by the sea where you wake up with the beautiful sunrise, they have 1 resto all day price is reasonable and affordable. You can also take advantage of the bus service to old town and robinson or book a car in the lobby. Though the place is a bit old but the pool beach and room are very comfy and good price, service are really good and fast. I would highly recommed and would surely visit again. It is a hidden gem away from so much crowd in Phuket.

All is good but only the location is far away from others. Can consider to stay here of you want to escape from others and busy life . Really calm and quiet place.

The staff were incredibly friendly and kind, and they even arranged breakfast earlier than the usual opening time because we had an early morning flight. We really appreciated the extra care and thoughtfulness.

A beautiful, clean, and very peaceful resort. The pools and gardens are fantastic. The only downside is the location—it's very far from Phuket City and Patong Beach. Be prepared for long taxi rides if you want to go out and explore. Highly recommended for total relaxation!

Nice hotel. But the staff has difficulties understanding.

Stated cor 2 nigths during the regatta. Far from anything, including AO Po marina. Basic but spacy rooms. Good view. Hotel is on the hill - no steps down, only the car road. There is a shuttle bus but I didn't use it. Breakfast - OK.
