An excellent budget option. The pool is deep and clean, there are few sunbeds, only 2. Very quiet, there is some kind of construction near the hotel. The room is small, but very cozy, has everything you need. The location is not very good, it was not easy to find the entrance, and the reception is always empty, you have to call

До пляжа ката 15 минут пешком, до карона 20 минут.
Были с маленьким ребенком (до года) поэтому без байка. С байком расстояния вообще не чувствуются:)

Immediately found out that the hotel is cash only which wasn’t ideal for us. Room was a little small - the bathroom was the same size as the actual room. Comfortable bed and rooms were well equipped - including an enormous fridge. The layout of the hotel is so weird though - they have apartment buildings spread across the whole street. We were lucky to be near the pool (which could’ve done with a clean). Location is okay - it’s not too far from the beach and very close to Kara Walking Street Market which is amazing.

it is a bit odd that you have to walk through the shower room to get to the toilet. the rooms were small but had everything you needed - including a way too big fridge! we were lucky to be near the pool but there are some rooms where it is like you’re in a different complex so can see why this hotel could be rated lower!

On a quiet street, but within walking distance of all locations (food, massage, car rental, bike rental, etc.). The rooms are clean, cleaned every day. The owner of the hotel, Pim, always met our wishes. The pool is clean, we swam every day. There is an exchange office next to the hotel with a good exchange rate. From the hotel to the sea 10-15 minutes walk through the market. The hotel matches the price and quality.
