The hotel is convenient and fast. The beach and Patong Night Market are right outside the door. It is very lively at night, but the room is very quiet. After more than ten days in Thailand, this hotel is the most comfortable. The swimming pool is clean. The Chinese-speaking girl at the front desk is very enthusiastic and kind. We dropped our swimming goggles in the swimming pool and we quickly found someone to help us fish them out. Thank you, we will stay here next time. There are also hot water kettles in the hotel. Well worth staying

The hotel is well located, one minute and you are in the heart of the action. The girls at the reception are loyal. You can leave your suitcases for free after check-out, we checked out after 12 and left them until the evening. There was no elevator in the hotel; if you have a lot of suitcases, you will have to work hard to carry them to the second floor. The room we were given was tired and rather old, in need of renovation, also the room did not have a very good smell, old and damp. But the room offers a very beautiful view, there is a balcony and there is a table and chairs on the balcony. There is a beautiful clean swimming pool on site. There is a cafe next to the pool, you can order food to your room.

We stayed for one week in December 2023 with our 4 year old son in Safari Deluxe room. Safari deluxe room looks quite a bit better than their 'Contemporary Thai Deluxe' room, we compared them. Bed was comfortable and the room was cleaned every day. Great friendly and helpful staff from reception to cleaning personnel. There is not breakfast in the hotel but several options around. Only downside - The hotel is right next to Bangla walking street and we could hear the music until 6am every night. But we could still sleep so we didn’t move out. The pool looks good but has no privacy. The very large restaurant in front can completely overlook the pool. The pool area is also partly used for restaurant seating in the evening. The pool closes for use at 6pm. The beach is just opposite the hotel on the other side of the street. The street is very busy with traffic. Next time I would choose a different beach and not Patong Beach. I also think for kids there are better options.
