Absolutely loved this place. Location is so close to Otop where I love to eat. Got to give a shout out to the cleaning staff because the place looks fantastic. The rooftop pool is amazing. Will definitely stay there again.

Staffs should know the processes of the hotel like proper endorsements. I left my things and I thought it was missing only tp find out no one endorsed it to the next on duty.

Overall a pretty good hotel, a bit further away from the mayhem of Patongs Bangla Road, yet close enough to be able to walk to the quieter end of Patong Beach as well as Otop Markets and bars. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Rooftop bar and pool were good, with a nice view over Patong Beach. Nothing flash here, just a good honest hotel. Staff were good to deal with. Didnt use the restaurant downstairs, as lots of options closeby.

Fantastic location, well conditioned, basic amenities available. Stuff is very friendly and helpful. The only downside is that the floors looked dirty.

The hotel is very close to Patong beach. Infact can view the beach from the rooftop pool as well. In the busy street leading to the beach next to Hard Rock Cafe.
The staff was polite & courteous as well

Pros: excellent location, walking distance to everything you need, daily cleaning, 2 bottles of water in the room every day (I wish there were more), very nice and friendly staff, beautiful view from the pool
Cons: sound insulation is poor, you can hear your neighbors' TV, water doesn't drain well in the shower and as a result the entire floor is covered in water.
