The hotel is conveniently located, just a ten-minute walk from Phuket Old Town. Although it's an older hotel, the facilities are well-maintained. The only downside is the lack of power outlets by the bed, which was quite inconvenient. I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast though, they even had congee, which definitely satisfied my Chinese palate!

Great value for money! It's about a 1km walk to Phuket Town, though the nearest 7-Eleven is a bit of a trek. I booked this room in October for a stay in February, got it for 300 baht a night, and it included breakfast. Phuket Town has a night market every Sunday which is worth checking out. Breakfast was just okay, nothing special. They also have a dinner buffet for 249 baht per person, and kids under 12 get half off. Two complimentary bottles of water are provided daily. A heads-up though: if you go to breakfast after 9 AM, many items are already gone. The hotel doesn't provide mosquito repellent, so if you encounter mosquitoes, you'll have to deal with them yourself.

This hotel is located in Phuket Town, about a 10-minute walk to the main area, which is a great location. There's an excellent steakhouse nearby. The rooms are decent, clean, and hygienic. Our family of three stayed in a room with a king-size bed and a single bed; it wasn't facing the street, so it was very quiet. The breakfast was incredibly rich and catered well to Chinese tastes. Dinner ordered from the hotel was delicious, authentic, and not expensive. All in all, after looking at many options, this hotel was inexpensive for our 3-day stay and offered excellent value for money.

This hotel is only suitable for a transit stay. The breakfast wasn't good, and Phuket Town is a bit far from the beach. Its only advantage is the cheap price and its proximity to Rassada Pier. If you're going to Koh Phi Phi independently, remember to book boat tickets that include transfers.

It is so nice and reasonable price. Location is good. Service is good. Bed is so comfortable to sleep.

The hotel's location is great, close to the elephant camp and not far from the old town. However, the staff were very rigid about check-in times; they absolutely wouldn't give us the room card before 2 PM. My child had to nap in the lobby because of this, and no amount of negotiation helped, which I found incredibly unreasonable. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, with a small swimming pool, and it's quite clean.

This was by far a very terrible experience. This in no way can be a 4-Star hotel. First of all, they should offer a shuttle at least from Old Phuket town. The rooms are from 1980s. Everything was very outdated. Stuff was either broken or not working. Air conditioning struggled to cool down the room and what to tell you about the shower experience. Overall, a very bad place to stay.

The location is great, very close to Phuket Old Town and the Sunday Night Market. There's also an airport bus stop right outside.

The hotel is good enough for short trip, old but clean. Have to walk at least 10 minutes to reach Phuket town, if you take grab there’s soo much traffic so the best option is to walk in the scorching sun hehe. We didn’t get the toilet amenities but not sure may be we had to ask the front desk?

The pool and breakfast offer good value for money. The only downside is the inconvenient bathroom setup; you have to stand in the tub to shower, though the water pressure is great. There are no toiletries provided, and nowhere to hang clothes to dry.

Really nice hotel in the centre of Old Town Phuket. I really liked that it was within walking distance to a lot of bars and restaurants. Also the staff there were excellent! I fell really ill at the beginning of my stay, so the hotel manager walked me over himself to the nearest pharmacy to get some antibiotics! Overall I'd certainly recommend staying here.

I found this hotel online because I needed to be near the pier. It's an older hotel, so naturally, the facilities are a bit dated. However, the breakfast restaurant has a great ambiance and the breakfast itself was pretty good.

Breakfast was good, and it's close to Phuket Old Town with plenty of good food options. Other than that, there's not much to say. It was a bit annoying that the hotel didn't provide toothbrushes.
