Im very disappointed with the service and facilities of this hotel. First, I would say the location is good.
But the facility of the hotel need to improve.
I paid premium price for a pool access room. But I couldn't have a chance to swim. The swimming pool is very dirty. They didn't clean the pool and change water. It caused I didn't swim.
I stayed here for two days. I requested the toilet and drinking water from the front desk. The staff is unfriendly and told their staff will send to us once they tidy my room. At the end of the day, they didn't clean up my room and I have to go to front desk to get toilet tissue and drinking water. The unfriendly lady staff not around. I asked another one to help me.
The facility of fbt room is needed to upgrade. It is lack to hanger/lights. The shower room is small, it is no space to our shampoo and shower gel.
The room is small. Even two of us also feel narrow.
I paid 5 Stars hotel price and get 2 stars hotel facilities.
I really disappointed about this hotel.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Because I didn’t make a reservation at a hotel in Thailand on the last day, I made a temporary reservation. I checked in too late. I found that the toilet couldn’t be flushed and it was broken. I had to go to the water to manually remove the lid. , I thought forget it at night, but the next day I took a shower and found that the rain was also broken and the bathtub was very dirty. When I checked out at noon, I couldn't find the deposit slip. I could find the one he kept, but he told me that it couldn't be refunded to me. Because they have regulations, **, accept it. I see their quality and I am too lazy to argue with him, which is a waste of time, but after thinking about it, I might as well comment on it to serve as a warning to future friends.

The boss is Chinese, so if you don't speak English, you don't have to worry about staying here. However, there are no toothbrushes and hairdryers. The sheets were covered for several days and were not changed. They were just tidying up (with a tip). It cost more than 300 per night.
