The hotel exceeded my expectations! Even though I had a minor unpleasant incident of getting locked in the bathroom, the staff resolved it quickly. The pool was amazing!!!!!

Beautiful and comfortable hotel, very close to the beach and shops. There's also a pool. The staff are very helpful and available, and the breakfast is delicious and varied. I highly recommend it!!

The hotel was very accommodating, and the breakfast was excellent and enjoyable. It's right next to the bustling downtown area, and Patong Beach is just across the road, which is incredibly convenient. The only downside is that the hotel is a bit old.

Pros: Location: just opposite the beach, walking distance to halal night market, walking distance to halal food near the mosque, acceptable walking distance to the shops near Patong Beach ✅ Cleanliness: they make up room & refill water bottle everyday✅ Private parking for my rental car✅ Good view from my room no 1228✅ Smooth check in & check out✅ Cozy lobby to hangout with family✅ Cons: Bad lighting. Need to always open up curtain to have good one. ❌ So many ants & mosquito ❌ One of the plug not function ❌ Very basic tv channel ❌ No tooth brush provided ❌ No plastic for the dust bin even everyday the clean the room ❌

A nice, cozy hotel. I booked a room for my parents and they were happy with it. The sea is just across the road. The beach is small with large stones and no sun loungers. It's about a 10-minute walk to Patong Beach. There's a good 7-Eleven nearby.

Nice little resort hotel! Close to a 7/11. A little bit of a walk from the main centre and beach but not far, just bear it in mind if you’re not the best at walking ! We enjoyed our stay here and the breakfast options were fine.

Overall we had a nice holiday in the hotel. They provide free transport to popular destinations such as a nearby mall and Patong Beach. The whole hotel felt a bit run down but not in a worrying state. It was still clean and functioning. Particularly love its location which is near to a not so well known beach which in my opinion was more beautiful than the crowded Patong Beach.

When checking out in the morning, we couldn't find the towels. They kept making us look for them, which wasted a lot of our time. Their attitude was also bad. When we went up to confirm, they just stood by and watched, as if we had stolen the towels. We told them we didn't take them, but they kept pressing the issue. I also don't know why we had to wait so long for the deposit refund, and we waited another 10 minutes just for the towel situation. The main thing is, the towels were right next to the curtain, and they didn't even see them. I feel like the staff were blind.
