The hotel located on a hill just a few walk to the beach and convenient store, parking is limited, pool is nice.

This is a stunning hotel. The staff is very helpful, and they speak good English. We had a "deluxe sea view" room. The view of the sea from our large balcony is beautiful. The beach is just a few steps away, and there is a walking path to it from the 7eleven. The hotel offers a shuttle service to Kata and Kata Noi beaches. There is a swimming pool in the hotel, and there is always plenty of space. The hotel has a large number of flowers, and they are well-maintained. The hotel has its own landscape designer. The room cleaning is very good. We are delighted. The only downside is the connecting doors between the rooms, which are very sound-proof.

The hotel is right by the sea, and waking up to that view is just pure bliss. Plus, the front desk personally escorts you to your room, so no need to walk yourself. There's also a swimming pool and a music restaurant downstairs.

Good veiw, near the beach

The hotel room a/c did not have a thermostat, once it’s on it won’t stop. We both got sick from this on our second night. The shower head in the shower was broken and falls off every time we turn the water off. Only points straight down. Very bad.. If you’re a big person the toilet is in a very tight space a wall is only inches away. Very overpriced comparing to the other hotels we have visited in Phuket.

Recommended for staying near Kata beach! Very nice people working there. Room is clean and bed is huge, with an awesome view of the beac. Lots of stairs but nice workout ;)

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The breakfast selection was excellent—plenty of variety to suit all tastes. The only slight downside was the birds flying in and out of the dining area, which was a little distracting at times, but nothing major. The location was spot on—perfectly situated just far enough from the main ***** to avoid the noise, but still only a 10-minute walk to the beach, which was super convenient. We were pleasantly surprised when they upgraded our room for free, which was such a nice touch and made our stay even better. The swimming pool was warm and really comfortable, great for a relaxing dip any time of day. Above all, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful—always smiling and ready to assist with anything we needed. Would absolutely recommend this hotel and would love to return!

One of the best hotels in Kata beach. Great value for money. Very polite and ready to help personnel, clean rooms, white linen and towels, tasty breakfast with natural coffee from coffee machine. All is great. Thank you for such good service and desire to return again and again.

The room is spacious and the bed is very comfortable. The staff are awesome, they also help us sort external issue with a taxi. Aside from the stairs which the hotel is located on a hill, there is a tuktuk to take you up the hill should you not prefer to walk. Overall, our deluxe room with a sea view is worth booking again.

Lovely rooms recently renovated. Good internet and tv with English channels. Very nice staff. Beautiful pool area also very new and very clean. Breakfast was good with lots of choices. The only bad thing are the stairs. Loads of them, not great if you have any problems. Near to the beach but not lots of dining options and bars around.

The hotel is very near to Kata Beach. And we also enjoyed the night markets with variety of food and shopping around the area. We stayed there for 2 nights. The housekeeping staffs are very great as they will come to our room and ask if we need cleaning service. And they are willing to help eg. bring us bottled water and towels upon request. Another pleasant surprise is the romantic room decoration prepared by the hotel in response to the message I left during booking. The only area where we hope to see improvement from the hotel is in providing more helpful service at the front desk (eg. share us information about the available facilities and activity packages in the beach area, as well as offer assistance when we lost the phone (thankfully, we found it later in the day). If we plan to visit Phuket again, we will definitely book this hotel as it offers great value for money and an overall satisfied experience.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and location was good. As noted before, the hill that the hotel is located on can be fairly exhausting after a long day in the heat. Sadly, both my husband and myself got food poisoning during our trip and had to rely heavily on the hotel’s service, which was just adequate. Overall, I’m not sure I’d go back.
