Perfect place loved it! Staff super friendly, breakfast was fabulous and tasty.

It is located at the Rawai area where you can go to the Rawai seafood market very convenient. The lobby staffs are well trained with very fluent English as the clients are almost 90% foreigners. There are two swimming pools, gym room & library inside the residence. Breakfast is a set menu with only ONE drink without refill but is delicious indeed. I have been staying at the one bedroom suite with open kitchenette where you can cook your own food, there is a huge fridge & washing machine too. The bed is so comfy with comfortable pillows & mattress. All the bed sheets & towels are so clean & white. It is really a must to come back as I have been staying here for many times.

The staffs are so lovely and helpful with everything.

Amazing hotel

The flexibility of the breakfast is great. Also the staff is very nice and friendly. However, certain points are not that good: - Fitness has not a lot to offer and it is also very stifling inside. - There are a lot of mosquitos in the rooms. Even after killing more than 30 mosquitos, they keep appearing. There are probably eggs in the traps/holes.

All good. The property was great, the location was good, breakfast was good.

This hotel looks very modern and luxurious. We booked a family room which comes with ensuite kitchen (fully furnished) and two master bedrooms. Absolutely fitting for a family of four. However, such a modern theme also comes the downsides of poor lightings and illumination when the night falls. What could have been a pleasant stay was made worse because of mosquitoes within the premises!!! We lost count of the number of mosquitoes that we killed. Absolutely no idea where the mosquitoes were from, how they kept coming and why they frequently lurk in the bathroom and bedrooms. Why we gave a one-star for cleanliness — Not to exaggerate, but in just an hour upon checking in, my son was bitten at least six times on his legs. My second son also had a swelling in his ear on the third day that was so bad that I had to bring him to the hospital due to perichondritis (it’s common knowledge that young kids can be more prone to swelling from mosquito bites as a result of over-sensitivity, but this was way too serious). This was despite all the mosquito repellents that we sprayed in the rooms, including using the electronic repellents that the hotel provided to plug in the bedrooms. We have an average of 3-4 mosquito bites each day after all the killings, with the first day the worst. We stayed a total of 4 days and 3 nights, so the mosquito problem is quite bad. We should have taken a video of 4-5 mosquitoes hanging around outside of the balcony’s window and trying to fly into the room 555… The hotel is also 30-40mins away from the Old Phuket Town, so for those who wants to go to the beaches and old town, this place is slightly out of the way. We booked here primarily because we rented a car, it was on discount (and looked good), and we don’t mind staying and chilling in the room whole day. Which is why, the mosquito problem was such a terrible experience for us…

Everything is ok, except for no hot water was out at night time and no engineering service also. And the overall resort is good, but too much mosquitos was stayed in the room.

The room was very spacious, offering excellent value for money, completely exceeding my expectations. We booked this hotel to save costs while our child attended summer camp nearby. Apart from its slightly remote location, everything else was fantastic.

Nice apartment with 2 beautiful swimming pools, good staff service and nice food. Equipped with kitchenware and washing machines suitable for a slightly longer stay. Breakfast is included in room fare and can be consumed flexibly from morning till 5pm catering for different needs, very customer friendly. The only thing is they don’t provide shuttle bus service but it’s mentioned on their website.
