Horrible hotel. Reading the reviews, I didn't think it would be this bad and was optimistic. The bathroom looks like it's currently under renovation. The linens were dirty. The only thing that was good was the view from the window.

Not so good

This was the dirtiest, most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed. The room was obviously closed since last year and they didn’t even bother to sweep and mop the floors or hallways. It smelled like urine in the bathroom and they forgot to even provide towels. They charged a super high price because it was New Years and they totally took advantage of this with no respect for the people using their service. Shame in these people. Trip should remove them from eligible locations because it makes me lose trust in trip to provide clean and safe locations to stay. Very disappointed

The hotel is dirty. The room wasn't cleaned for ten days. The sheets are stained, and half of them don't work. There's no hot water. There's trash in the hallway and at the reception. A terrible place. It's a flophouse or a hostel, not a hotel.

The atmosphere at the back offers views of Patong, with a balcony to breathe in the fresh air and admire the lights at night, while enjoying the view of Patong hill in the morning.

It's sooooo dirty, there's no boiler, the shower water is cold, the bed linens are terrible, the only positives are the location and the mountain view. It's okay to stay for 1-2 nights, but no more.

The room on the 5th floor is nice and quiet, and the hotel is a bit off the highway. The balcony could certainly use a little cleaning.

The water flows slowly. The soap is like a 24-hour hotel soap. The air conditioning is slow to cool down. But it's good that there's an elevator, so you don't have to walk up the stairs.

Old room, air conditioner not cool, refrigerator broken, staff not answering the phone (8 calls 2 days), no hot water.

Location near Patong, 10 minutes by bike or taxi. There is a market with fruits and food nearby. The hotel itself is not bad, we had a good panoramic view of the mountains. But there is a need for cosmetic repairs, the furniture is all outdated. The windows were all dirty, the bathroom smelled unpleasant. On the ground floor there is a gym, you can work out well, but it turned out to be paid even if you are staying at the hotel.
