I honestly didn't find any disadvantages to this hotel! In Thailand, tipping is not mandatory, but in this hotel when you ask for an amenity at the pool or restaurant, they automatically include 10%! Maybe I didn't see it in the small letters but you can ask. For everything else, you can book blindly 100% recommended! I think if they had an all-inclusive plan it would be the best in Phuket! Another mini disadvantage they have is that they don't have a private beach, but they take you to the nearest beach at no cost :) super!

Breakfast delicious, welcome gift nice. Room is nice. Housekeeper is willing to help. Overall a good experience.

Wonderful stay. Stayed in a 3 bedroom with pool villa. Villa was cleaned and well kept. Comes with a big room with king size bed and bigg bath room with deep bath tub. The other 2 rooms are twin beds and a queen bed. Each room has its own attached bathroom. There is an additional toilet at the living room area which is very convenient for big families. They have a huge round dining table. Kitchen comes with oven, microwave, coffee maker, stove, cutlery, plates, cups, bowls etc. No dish washer but you can wash dishes. Dishwashing liquid is given with sponge. They had welcome messages with flowers and towel animals. Buggy service is always prompt in arrival when requested for. Room service is also prompt. Staff are all friendly and help you with every query. Staff can speak English well enough to converse. They will help you book taxi should you want to travel anywhere. There is a shop within the hotel that sells swimming and fashion accessories. Breakfast for me was so so for me, great service but the buffet spread wasn't that extensive. You can order eggs, assortment of coffee and tea from thier menu. Then go to the buffet spread for confectionary, fruits, chinese dim sum, salad and rice dishes. Just next to the restaurant is the hotel pool along with a jacuzzi... you get a view of the sea. Pool chairs are lined up with towels on standby. As my room had a pool we did not utilise the hotel pool. From the lobby you would need to walk up alley and down to the first floor to take the buggy. So for elderly or wheel chair bound guests it maybe a challenge but am sure the hotel will probably provide buggy service from the lobby area for such guests if required. The location of the hotel is near kamala beach. The hotel has a free ferry service to drop you at kamala beach to and fro. Restaurants, shops and massage services are all available. Did not utilise the spa so can't comment. Kamala beach is not as busy as Patong beach so if you like a more peaceful atmosphere the location is fit for you. There is a convenience store about a 5 to 7 min walk away from the hotel. Taxi service is also available just outside the hotel. Patong is about a 20 min ride away from the hotel.

We arrived at the hotel in the early hours of the morning. The reception was very warm and attentive, but after checking into the room, we realized something was wrong. It felt like we were living on the street; the sounds of passing cars, motorcycles, and music were right next to us (we have video evidence). We contacted the front desk, but they said there were no rooms available, and we could only sleep with earplugs. After a night of this, we contacted the front desk again the next morning. They said they didn't have the authority and that the manager wouldn't be able to resolve the issue until 10 a.m. Finally, the manager intervened and gave us two options: first, we could check out early and get a refund for the second night's room, but the cost of the first night couldn't be changed; second, he would do his best to find us a quieter room. During this time, we contacted Ctrip immediately. Ctrip helped us contact the hotel, but the hotel was unyielding and offered no compensation. Ctrip eventually offered support.

It was so nice to spend time with family, it was the best

We booked a three-bedroom pool suite, which was large and clean. The service was thoughtful and enthusiastic. They would greet us when we met. We could take a shuttle bus to Kamala Beach for free. The public swimming pool was designed for families with children, with a 1-meter-deep pool area, which was safe and secure. The gym was relatively large and had relatively complete equipment. The restaurant held a special event during the Chinese New Year, with a buffet and performances, which felt very good. The silk restaurant tasted good, with large quantities, and the price was acceptable for a high-end hotel. The downside was that the surrounding area was relatively desolate and the supporting facilities were poor. There was only one 711 within 200 meters, and the hotel door card system needed to be upgraded. The room card could not be used, which resulted in me swiping it for the first time and still not working. I had to go down again and ask the waiter to come up to use it. I went up and down 5 times, and the hotel did not express any apology for this.

There are many large rooms, the swimming pool is too cold, and there are too many mosquitoes

Andara, which we chose as a family vacation accommodation to celebrate my father's 70th birthday, was truly the best. They upgraded our rooms while they were renovating, and breakfast was served in the room. They also had helpers on hand, so it was a very comfortable and touching stay!! I was really touched when they threw a surprise birthday party when we arrived.

The environment is good and there is a special car to take you to the town. But the food is just average.

The facilities are very old. The breakfast is also very ordinary. The shower faucet needs to be turned on for a long time before the water is hot. The service is also very ordinary. The hotel does not have its own beach. The food taste is really ordinary. Check out at 12 o'clock. It feels particularly not worth it to spend more than 9,000 a night during the New Year.

I booked a 4 bedroom suite. The suite is really big and all four rooms have private bathrooms and toilets. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils. The hotel provides 24-hour free shuttle to and from any area in Kamala, which is very convenient. After dinner, you can call the hotel to arrange a pick-up. You can ask to install Apple tv and YouTube. The service attitude of the hotel staff is very good and professional. If I really have to complain, it's that the hotel is a bit old and I need to ask someone to repair the door lock, water heater and floor when I first checked into the room. A bit time consuming.
