This hotel is only suitable for families. The cleaning is good, and the breakfasts are standard. I booked one room, but they gave me a different one in the end. I didn't argue as I was only staying for 3 days. The grounds are large, which makes maintenance a challenge. Cigarette butts from previous guests lay by the entrance to our bungalow for two days. The bed linen was white, and the beds were comfortable. The air conditioning was noisy. I didn't like the woman at the reception; she seemed to think it was funny to say, "everyone goes home at 11." But for a vacation focused on the sea, this hotel is suitable.

This hotel has fantastic facilities and lots to offer families! There are three swimming pools, with plenty of activities suitable for both adults and children. On-site amenities include a restaurant, pool bars serving food and drinks, room service, and they even provide beach towels to take with you to the shore. All of these features make the stay very convenient. There were two points that affected our experience. We were allocated the last room on the top floor, and we did not feel comfortable staying there. The bigger issue was cleanliness. The communal hallways were dirty, and the flooring inside our room was not properly swept. To be fair, the bedding was clean and in good condition. Everything else about the hotel was excellent. If the hotel improves regular cleaning for hallways and room floors, this place would be amazing

This hotel is super close to the airport, just a 10-15 minute drive. Nai Yang Beach is right across the street, and it's a gentle, flat beach, perfect for kids. We paid an extra 200 baht for breakfast for our child, and the breakfast was excellent. Interestingly, almost everyone there was Russian-speaking, except for my family, who were Chinese. We stayed in the Tropical Deluxe building, which is at the very back and has an elevator. The room was spacious and felt very new. The AC worked great. They also have a water park with slides for kids that could keep them entertained all day. Right outside the hotel, you'll find a 7-Eleven, Tops supermarket, restaurants, and massage places. It's not noisy at all, making it an ideal spot for families with kids who just want to relax and chill.

I liked the location, it's close to the beach and everything you need is nearby. It's a 10-minute drive from the airport. The room is good, the area is green, and there are cats roaming around. The downside is there are no private sun loungers, but you can rent them. The waves are relatively small in the off-season, so you can still swim.

This is a great hotel located right on the beach near Phuket Airport. The facilities are a little dated, so you should keep that in mind. However, Nai Yang Beach is just steps away, and there are plenty of restaurants, massage shops, and other convenient facilities within walking distance. The location is very convenient!

Location was great, nice and quiet area, beach was super lovely. The room was excellent, clean and well presented. Breakfast was great.
