The hotel is in a convenient location, with many restaurants, massage shops, and a 7-Eleven within walking distance. The beach is also just a short stroll away. Travel time from the airport is around 1 to 1.5 hours, depending on traffic. Old Phuket Town’s Sunday Night Market is about 30 minutes away by Grab or Bolt.
We stayed in a pool-facing room, which was quiet, and the air conditioning worked well. The pool and water slides were enjoyable, especially for families, although the facilities look a little worn and could benefit from better maintenance. The hotel is doing maintenance and upgrading but did not inform us prior. Please note that the water slides and gym close at 6 p.m., so plan your activities accordingly.
Breakfast was basic, with very little variety during our 4-night stay. It is served in an open-air setting, so birds and flies can be seen around the food. During the first 3 days, the freshly cut fruit and salad were left uncovered, which was not very appealing.
Overall, this is a practical hotel for its location, quiet pool-facing rooms, and family-friendly pool facilities. However, it is best to keep expectations moderate regarding service, maintenance, and breakfast quality.
