I have very mixed feelings about this hotel. I had a suite with sea view and private pool. On the positive side it has an incredible beautiful view of the sea and the bay…. Without doubt the most stunning one I ever had in a Phuket hotel. The bed and pillows are excellent. The room has a nice large (30sqm) terrace with access to a private infinity pool for 8 rooms. Reception personnel are very friendly and efficient, and speak good English. All this sounds perfect but there are some points to improve: I arrived at 8:30pm from the airport and there is no restaurant in the hotel. I put my money and valuables in the safe and went down to reception to ask ‘where I could go eat something’. When I go back to my room to my to get my money and passport, but the safe was blocked… Totally dead. The maintenance man who could open the safe only could come on the day after at 10am. So I slept with hunger. The morning after, fortunately the maintenance man opened the safe within a few minutes (batteries were dead) The maintenance man also repaired the sink because it was impossible to ‘lock it’ and keep the water in the sink to do a handwash. The bathroom is extremely narrow (1 meter?) and worn out. Little water pressure and showerhead needs urgently to be descaled. The watertap-selector in the shower is totally worn out, so it’s almost impossible to select between shower or plain waterjet. Also the attachment to the wall where you normally put the showerhead in, was broken so you can only shower by keeping the showerhead in your hand. Also little water pressure when flushing the toilet. Often need to use the handshower next to the toilet to ‘empty’ the toilet. There is a large desk but without any electricity plug on or under or next to it. Also a lot of little bugs (2mm?) crawling over the desk. I counted about 120. Most of the guests in the hotel were russians. Not everybody likes that anymore. There is no more safety lock on the door. (you saw there has been one) There is no blocnote and pen. I ask the housekeeping lady at 11:30am to clean the room, oh yes sir, she says, she opens the door wide and disappears. Only at 1:30pm she returns to clean the room …. Breakfast is below standard. Very limited choice, only pre-baked sunny side up eggs, which are cold and still with a lot of raw egg-white on them. Small breakfast room with no windows. Conclusion : if you only go for the view , this is a perfect hotel.

My dad and I just spent a few days staying at the Outrigger in Surin and it was awesome. My dad is 84 and the team at the hotel did everything to make our stay easy and fuss free. Each staff member were caring and even remember our names to welcome us. We had the superior pool rooms snd that to me was awesome, you can enter the pool directly from you room. Breakfast was ok, nice mix of items. We didn’t eat the restaurant at night but it looked good. It’s a great stay for a few days. The beach is literally across the road and if you wake up early enough do a few laps of the beach it’s beautiful. My dad and I can’t wait to come back someday soon. Thank you!

Excellent location, private beach, Great Hotel overall if you want to relax, SPA very professional, Staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast was also excellent. Many stairs so not suggested for people with moving issues, but views are outstanding.

It was a mess! ! The hotel is also very clean and very well maintained, and the pool right from the room is unlimited for 24 hours. All the staff are kind, and everyone staying at Coco's hotel is kind and polite! ! ! Once you enter the hotel, you will never want to leave! Also, there are plenty of facilities, gyms, a library, 6 swimming pools, a kids' room with a nanny, lounge bars, saunas, etc. BUT! The management of the hotel is not good (yet). The check-in time is constantly delayed (the official check-in is at 2 pm, but we were told to wait at least till 4 pm!). Rooms not cleaned properly. No forks/plates in the rooms with the kitchen....you have to go to reception and ask for them.

We, as a family with 2 parents and 3 kids were super satisfied during staying here (5-9 may 2023). The facilities were acceptable, quite old but everything you need was there. The excursion and fun team was so enthusiastic and helpful (especially Jamie, the mustache guy). The pool and a variety of activities for children were excellent. One thing on mind as family group, the room pictures uploaded in hotel commercials could make you misunderstood because they didn’t prepare the room accordingly (family fun suite). Thanks for the hospitality to the team, we will soon be back of course.

This is the best of more than 10 hotels I have stayed in during my 36-day trip to Bangkok and Phuket! Later, Surin Beach, and even the main island of Phuket, can be the first choice: 1. Positive evaluation (1) About the hotel itself 1. Good location: 350 meters from Surin Beach bus stop and 500 meters from the beach 2. Quiet: The sound of the road after closing the window does not affect sleep, even I sleep with the window open, especially after 12 o'clock. Although the hotel has a rectangular cross section and the long side is perpendicular to the road, there is no room facing away from the road. 3. Good supporting facilities: diagonally across from 711, next to massage shop, restaurant, pharmacy, fruit stand (80 baht per kilo of mango, I only bought one 30 baht, and gave me two small bananas) 4. The front desk has good English and good service attitude 5. There is also a large restaurant/café at a reasonable price 6. No deposit (2) Regarding room 604 1. This location, internal and external environment, 150 yuan is very cost-effective. 2. The decoration is very new. 3. Large area: It feels more than 30 square meters. The bathroom is large, and there are a few boards on the wall for more stuff. 4. The shower has strong hot water and can be adjusted in a large range. The nozzle can be moved, so I can use hot water to promote blood circulation. 8. The bed is big. 9. The room is fully equipped and has everything that should be. (1) There are medium-sized refrigerators, which only make some noises for a long time, which does not constitute an impact. The service is average. The three-bedroom sea view pool villa 4w+ is completely different from the pictures on Ctrip. It is impossible to go down to the beach from the room, and there are rocks below. There is nothing to see or special in that sea, and the sunset can't be seen either. Going to the restaurant for breakfast on the first day is completely a la carte, and it is very difficult without a Chinese menu. The restaurant waiter service is not active and enthusiastic, and the experience is very poor. It is more comfortable to have breakfast in the villa the next day. There is no housekeeper, so you can find the front desk if you have anything to do. There was no activity at the hotel either. Children only have game consoles to play in the children's center. The main pool is very sunny and no one swims. If it is not for the high price of living in a swimming pool villa, I personally think that the pavilion is not interesting, and we are just swimming in the villa, and there is nothing to play. There is almost nothing outside the door, and it is impossible to go shopping or something. Turn left at the door and there is a riverside restaurant that serves cheap and delicious Thai food. The twin brother restaurant at the entrance of the hotel is not bad and more expensive than the previous one. The hotel is full of big slopes that go up and down, so you can't walk freely, you can only call a shuttle bus.

Service was good. Receptionist very helpful. Location to Surin Beach was walking distance(15min). Good for traveler that like to walk and explore. Got laundry service within 100m. The only bad experience things i encountered was a cockroach 🪳 in the drawer. i hope the owner and higher management must know how to handle this situation because
