Hotel is old but upgrated/renovated in 2021. Very comfortable bed and spaces room. Cleanliness need to improve in the room specially the bathroom. Love the fully equip gym here, clean and no smell. What I love most here is the hotel staff. They really make us feel like home here......so so warm,helpful and welcoming. Special thanks to the front desk Mai, Bus, New, Poppy and Juliet. Bellhop/security Peek, Plong, Arm and Dom. The manager Miss Moss also very helpful and friendly. Hotel is so lucky to have them.

Stayed here for 2 nights, the check in process is very fast and my room was ready just right in time. Maimoon is the best! She helped me all the way! The room itself have enough space and the view at night is very stunning. The rooftop bar is soooo cozy. The breakfast is superb all food are warm. I had a problem on my last night the electricity suddenly shut down, as I informed reception since it’s very late night I expect to have some delay however I didn’t wait that long engineer arrived and told me that cannot be fixed after 5 mins HK and even FO staff helped me to change the room. I wasn’t able to get their names since it’s late night. Overall I had the best experience and will surely comeback!

This hotel requires a lot of improvements. That being said, we spent more time out then using the facilities. Check in process: We arrived at 12:30pm, asked if we could check in earlier which they advised it won’t be ready for 40mins. We came back 40mins later after having our welcome drink (which was purple dyed coconut water in a martini glass). He said it won’t be ready for an hour so we left the hotel to walk about. It’s now 14:10 (check in time is 14:00 so you’d think it would be ready), we were told to wait another 20mins. We finally checked in at 14:30. Food: We only had breakfast at the Hotel as we were so close to Old Town, it didn’t make sense to eat at the hotel and there’s a 7/11 near by for snacks. Breakfast was not great. Food was bland, options were very limited. My husband and I didn’t eat much, we were only there to make sure our kids could eat a bit of fruits and pastries. House keeping: They do not sweep, we know this because our son would bring croissant back and the crumbs were still there after they’ve come in to replenish our towels. Reception: They were lovely and informative. Most of the above feedback were out of their control. Swimming Pool: The pool beds looked and felt a bit out dated, I have stayed in 4 star hotels in Phuket that were in better conditions than this 5 star hotel. That being said my kids still had a lot of fun in them. Location: Not walking distance from Old Town but close enough that the taxi’s only cost up 150baht each way. I’ll unlikely stay here again nor would I recommend the hotel to our friends and family. It was ok but not great.

I returned to it because in my previous visit I was welcomed with kindness and great willingness by the manager at Reception this year I regrettably found no longer her to welcome me because she died a few days before my own I was very comfortable and very comfortable and very comfortable. A very spacious bathroom with shower , set of courtesy available every day , such as towel change. Location in a quiet area just below Phuket Belvedere , 10 minutes walk from the stop by the buses that lead to the beaches of Patong or Kata and Karon. At the same time walking to the city centre ( descending to 2 light bulbs turn left. For buses ship for the beach always descending to 3 light bulbs always left ) So the Khao Rang Place is the best place to stay in Phuket Town . Excellent quality price ratio. Super recommended ! But then bad start very good. We booked a normal room. Unfortunately, we were first brought into a room in which apparently a short time before was a water damage. It smelled insupportable muffy and many of the furniture were cool. I asked for another room and got it next to it. That was not really better, but it smells less bad. After a bad night at the smell and noise of the street we asked again for a new room and I proposed an upgrade. We could then eventually move to a quiet and renovated room. This room was very wonderful. I recommend therefore just booking a little better room. The location of the hotel is good. At foot you reach the old town and everything you needed. The style of the hotel is very beautiful. The staff friendly. Breakfast I would probably not book for it even in the night. It is not a buffet but a pre-order dish with two drinks that is brought to the room. The Thai dishes are good and rich. The American is made of a (!) untoasted dish toast. Last night we had a fire alarm in the middle of the night because a person smoked in her room. It quickly dissolved that it was nothing dangerous. However, it was not excused with a word. I found it very bad. In principle I would book it again but just a better and quiet room and without breakfast.

This is my first time visit for this hotel. On the evening I had dinner with my friends at Ratri Hotel. Without having any expectation I assumed the food would be average, but it turn out that it was better than I had anticipated. Several items have been ordered, including yam moo manow (a spicy salad with pork), Phuket’s Style Salted Pork, Calamari, Steak, Japanese curry with rice, etc… The taste was fantastic, I have no complaints about the food and the price was reasonable. There is a pool nearby the restaurant with a large moon as a backdrop decoration and a long queue of people wait to take picture there. Apart from that, what I enjoy most about the restaurant is the charming little moon shape lights that are placed on each table. My son liked it a lot, and we can buy it as a souvenir at the reception. The service staff are extremely friendly and pay attention to the customers at all time. There was also a live music session perform by a very talented guitarist. His voice is amazing and that made the night more enjoyable. Overall, I had a wonderful evening, enjoyed the food with friend at a small, lovely, and cozy hotel in the middle of phuket town.

The owner is a freelancing architect and he designed this place pretty well. It is functional and good looking. The owner gave me some tips, which places to visit, how to get around. He can also help to book trips on discount prices. You can get a breakfast with an unlimited quantity of food. The only thing that I didn't like was that the bunk beds were pretty hard. Besides that everything was great.

The location is very good, there are many restaurants around, and it is close to the ancient town. Clean and hygienic, the service is also very good, responsive. There is Godo coffee next to it, and Thai tea pudding is delicious. Above the coffee shop is a bar restaurant with resident singing. There is a breakfast porridge shop opposite, which tastes good. The only drawback is that the sound insulation is not good, the roadside car sound is obvious, and there is a bar that will sing until 11 pm. We loved our stay here. I felt very comfortable. The staff were lovely friendly people. The room was clean, air conditioned and a huge bed. Cleaning service was immaculate too. I personally think this is in a great area; right within all the culture instead of by the beach which is many peoples go to. It is in walking distance of old Phuket town which you can hire a bike for cheap and then drive wherever you want to go. Can’t believe how inexpensive this hotel is for the value. Will recommend to anyone, thank you so much!

Overall a good stay. The location is great - very close to the main streets and Sunday night market. The staff are absolutely lovely and can’t do enough for you. The rooms are good - well equipped with a fridge, lamps and decent aircon. The bathroom was okay - the shower pressure wasn’t amazing but I’ve definitely had worse, however it was hard to get a good temperature as the tap was really sensitive so I found it either too hot or too cold. It is slightly noisy, but ear plugs solve that easily. Worth noting there is no lift which wasn’t an issue for us but may be for elderly / less abled people. Overall well worth it for the price and would stay again if I visited old town Phuket.

Everything was just perfect! Spacious and clean rooms, with the most comfortable bed. Only a 10 min walk to old town and a 5 min walk to 7-Eleven and different little restaurants. There are free parking spots in the front of the hotel. Great quality for the price you pay.

Appreciated: Myself and my fiancé, appreciated the gesture of the room being cleaned on a daily basis as well as soap, bottled water and toilet paper being re-supplied. Most of the gentleman who cleaned the room were friendly despite the language barrier. Also, the security guard also did not speak much English...but he made an effort to communicate :) Disliked: We were not happy with the room upon our arrival, as it was nothing like the pictures indicated on booking.com, therefore; after a long 22 hour flight our vacation started off with a slight disappointment. The television had 1 or 2 English channels, and there is air conditioning available, because the rooms are extremely hot. There are no refreshments in the room, nor appliances, crockery or cutlery...but there is hot water available on the ground floor. So we bought take away coffee and kept the cups for re-use. However, after this discovery there was nothing that we could do about the room at the time of arrival, because the hotel reception staff does not speak English. Also, we had to make peace with it because we had booked our entire 14 day vacation at Summer Hotel, so if we cancelled we would have lost all of our money paid for the accommodation. After about the third day of our holiday, we had acquainted ourselves with Old Phuket Town and thus drafted a really busy schedule for our 14 day vacation, which resulted in us really only going to our hotel room to sleep an watch a bit of TV.....but after some time, it really turned not to be bad at all...we made the most of our situation...afterall we were on holiday and we wanted it to be memorable :)
