My husband and I wanted to enjoy a one-of-a kind wedding and honeymoon, and we found Keemala. We booked well in advance and found that communication with our wedding planner, Gam, was smooth and efficient. She helped arrange transportation to and from the airport, made sure we had a beautiful room, and walked us through our wedding ceremony, and after wedding events. (She even arranged for the bathtub to have flower petals in it!- very romantic!) Everyone was so pleasant and the room couldn't have been more beautiful. The staff is great, the food is amazing, and the view is breathtaking. I would highly recommend this resort. It's absolutely worth the trip.

We really enjoyed our stay. The resort has begun using an app service to provide timely and specific service to guests. We used it from booking shuttles to the beach or grocery store, ordering a buggy to take us to reception, ordering room service, scheduling housekeeping, and even a request to bring some salt after we ran out. The resort is perfect for a prolonged stay. The mini kitchen is well stocked with dishes and utensils. The hotel provided pretty much unlimited bottled water. The private pool was clean, the jacuzzi was lovely. The TV had access to Netflix and YouTube. Service was truly excellent and the individuals at reception were always willing to call us a taxi or prepared to help us with our needs. The shuttle driver took us to the laundromat and also waited for us one day while we were late getting food. The hotel massage service was expensive in terms of quality, so I recommend trying out the places on Kamala Beach or elsewhere. I would recommend eating breakfast locally as the food you can get outside the resort is relatively cheap and tasty. The ways Tantawan could improve 1) increase water pressure for the showers, 2) provide trash bins for the living room and bedroom, 3) provide a yummier (as worded by my wife) breakfast I would definitely stay again in the future!

Stayed for three nights and the experience was very good. The public areas of the resort are luxurious. The interior of the room is very spacious, with a view of the sea, the view is very good. However, some facilities in the room are still obviously aging, although it can be seen that they are trying their best to maintain them. Breakfast is a plus, combined with self-service ordering. Although there are not many choices in the buffet section, they are all exquisite. The food that is ordered is very, very good. There are also many juice choices, and the Thai milk tea for breakfast is the best I have ever had. The pool staff are friendly and active, and the prices for drinks, ice cream, etc. are very reasonable. The dinner offerings are also great. Will recommend to friends who come to Phuket.

Pros: - Amazing swimming pool with varying depths, seats in the water, cool temperature, and nice architecture - Spacious room with great amenities, a nice balcony and an effective AC - Great location- you can see the beach from the entrance and is less than a 2 minute walk - Friendly staff - Up to date buildings and clean Cons: - Unfortunately, the staff were not very helpful when it came to finding locations (ex. restaurants, renting scooters), booking excursions, and ordering cars- we had to order our own (they recommended the 'Grab' app) - The restaurant closes at 4pm - The pool was not very clean, with a lot of dead skin floating around - The breakfast was was the same everyday except for minor changes and they did not shield a lot of the food from insects (ex. the fruit)

Stayed for 3 nights as a large family, split into 2 seperate units. Both units were a Two Bedroom Suite located on the ground floor. The whole resort was recently refurbished, so the interior design from the lobby to restaurant to rooms and toilet were very nice. The kitchen was fully equipped and had everything you need to cook a meal. Rooms were very clean and the shower pressure was great. Resort is located just off the main road and close to Kamala Beach, though renting a scooter might be easier. Staff were generally very friendly. Some small issues: resort could use much better landscaping (****s, overgrown grass) pool was small but good, breakfast could have better variety. Overall extremely pleasant stay! Wouldn't hesitate to be back.

Certainly a place I will stay again on my next visit to Kamala, as I am really impressed by this hotel

A short walk to Kamala Beach, this hotel is pretty basic but clean and a good location. Definitely easy on the wallet. On a street with lots of eateries and massages. Short walk to a Lotus's and 7-11. We had the least expensive room, no windows, but the beds were so comfortable!

My first impression is that it is exquisite, well located, quiet in the middle of the noisy, and the overall is relatively small, but the layout is beautiful, and there is a small swimming pool! Service: It was mid-morning when we checked in. The owner Bon was always waiting for us. When we walked in, we had two glasses of lychee-flavored ice drinks. He warmly greeted us and introduced the room facilities. He would also take the initiative to help us out during the day. The room was organized very carefully. Said to be shocked~ Room: Hygiene is super clean, so that we have become picky about the sanitation of the hotel behind~ There are refrigerators, kettles, and even microwaves, which is very convenient. The decoration is simple but the texture is good! Overall, I am super satisfied. The owner's management is relatively Buddhist. It seems that such an exquisite hotel will be my family in the past two days. I wish business prosperity!

When we arrived to settle, the resepschn was written, call your agent. When booking, there was no such information. I wrote on the phone that was indicated in the booking, but no one answered me. I started correspondence with Trip support, they called, but they were answered that they knew nothing about booking. For me it was a shock 😱 As a result of long correspondence with support, they offered another hotel, I do not lose hope I wrote to the agent, as a result, 49 minutes later the girl came and set us in another room, not in the one we booked. They said that the air conditioner didn't work in that room, but something I don't believe. As a result, we settle down, I didn't want to understand, I wanted to rest. But I won't book this place anymore, treat customers unfairly. Ocean resort Kamala by Anny , I do not recommend.
