The hotel's service was pretty good, with attention to detail. However, the facilities were a bit disappointing. When I tried to sleep, the lights wouldn't turn off, which was unfortunate and apparently a rare occurrence that required staff to fix. Also, when I checked out, I went to the restroom downstairs in the lobby, and I couldn't tell if the strong smell was ********* or cigarette smoke. They had used an extremely strong air freshener in the elevator and on the floor, which made the air sickening and suffocating. I highly recommend the free beach next to the hotel instead.

A Wonderful Stay! We had a great experience at this hotel — they definitely live up to their star rating. I couldn’t be happier with our stay. The staff were incredibly helpful, everything was clean and nicely maintained, and the atmosphere was welcoming. A special shoutout for the lovely surprise on my birthday — they brought out a cake at breakfast, which was such a thoughtful and sweet gesture. It truly made my day. Highly recommend for a comfortable and memorable stay.
