This resort was renovated in 2020 - 2021. Newly refresh, making its guests feeling great! Most importantly, all staffs from the resort are very friendly and polite which makes your day. I would like to specially commend on staffs like Aodzii, Tatha, Lady Duty Manager (28 Mar-Night), Lady Concierge Staff (28 Mar-Night) and Russian Lady Resort Host (28/29 Mar- Day Shift). Forgotten some of the names but they leave deep impression for their wonderful hospitality. The overall resort experience is good. Not many dining options but the Pool House Restaurant has decent varieties. The pool is nice and not crowded. Plenty of sun decks. The rocky beach is outside the resort but not for swimming. Few sun decks by the resort are available on the beach. Some of the higher blocks are located on steep slopes. Buggy service is avail 24/7, they are always very prompt and efficient. Housekeeping is as good too. Everytime I requested for some stuff, they deliver it fast. The room was properly cleaned and refreshed always. The room I stayed was clean and bright. Spacious bathroom. Good water pressure. Bedding was comfortable except that the pillows were too soft. However, they do provide memory foam firm pillow. It was really comfortable. The view of my room is rather nice seaview. If you prefer total unblocked seaview, get the rooms on the higher floors and the blocks on higher slopes. Do note that same seaviews rooms category has different types of balconies. The resort is 30-35 min away from Central Phuket. 45-55 min from Airport. 20-25 min from Patong area. Not too difficult to get car in and out. The resort provides free tuk tuk service to kamala beach Centre area. Paid Shuttle service to JungCeylon. Check the schedule with resort. My conclusion is that this resort is reasonably priced. Nice surrounding, friendly staffs and nice rooms. Slightly out of the way but still bearable. Highly recommended if you prefer a more peaceful area but yet not too quiet and overcrowded.

All staff from cleaning up to management, absolutely amazing and wonderful. All staff went out of their way to help you, ( from laundry services to the right cocktail at the pool bar. I will highly recommend Namaka. Breakfast is okay, hope that I will see bacon with my next stop on the menu, also remember to budget more for transportation....

At Cape Sienna, we stayed in the Junior Suite with Sea View and Jacuzzi. It was very pretty, clean and quite private. We had a great breakfast with many choices including egg station. The coffee from the machine could have been better. The staff were warm and welcoming and we enjoyed the hot ginger tea at check in. The location is a little inconvenient but if you rent a scooter or a car, you would have no problems. We would stay here again. Definitely recommend for couples!

The west coast sea view of this location is too invincible, the villa is very beautiful, there are 4 floors, and the pool is big enough. It is a surprise to go directly to the sea without leaving the villa. It is a bit difficult to communicate with a Thai maid for free, and it will be simple English. The house is very good, the bedding is also very good, each house is very clean and can cook. Every room wakes up in the morning and opens the curtains to lie on the bed and see the sea directly. The experience is very good! In addition, it is very convenient to eat near the villa, 711 is also very close. Stayed for three nights and the experience was very good. The public areas of the resort are luxurious. The interior of the room is very spacious, with a view of the sea, the view is very good. However, some facilities in the room are still obviously aging, although it can be seen that they are trying their best to maintain them. Breakfast is a plus, combined with self-service ordering. Although there are not many choices in the buffet section, they are all exquisite. The food that is ordered is very, very good. There are also many juice choices, and the Thai milk tea for breakfast is the best I have ever had. The pool staff are friendly and active, and the prices for drinks, ice cream, etc. are very reasonable. The dinner offerings are also great. Will recommend to friends who come to Phuket.

Arrived really excited as by far the most expensive room/ hotel of the trip and expecting something special. Pool area is beautiful and drinks by pool reasonably priced if you can find someone to make them. Room not ready until 2pm which was fine but disappointed to be led to a room with a fully covered balcony so in shade all the time . On first sight all seemed ok but room pretty dirty and the bathroom absolutely stunk of drains and room in need of overhaul . Space where I assume dishwasher or washing machine should be a dirty gap In the kitchen and lots of dust and cobwebs as room clearly old and definitely in need of an update. You may be lucky as rooms further down had great sea/ beach view ( which we paid extra for) but with the room we were given being down two flights of steps and lots of foliage hard to see the view . We did ask to change room but only garden view available and it would appear the best sea view rooms are privately owned. Don't be fooled by the pictures online as assume they are either refurbished rooms or from some time ago. We did also ask for something to deal with awful smell in bathroom and were given a can of air freshener- reception did not seem shocked at complaint so assume known problem Second day room not serviced as only one person to clean whole resort but we did manage after chasing twice to get clean towels and bins emptied. Having stayed in cheaper and much cleaner places in Thailand and Phuket I would say it was a disappointment and expected much better. My recommendation would be to look elsewhere until maybe all apartments have been upgraded.

At just over 700bt a night, amazing value & proved to be a great stay Everything worked as expected, bed very comfy, decent pool, a quiet location, beach within 10mins walk, and Big C supermarket within 5mins walk, with many more shops, restaurants & bars along the main road & down little side streets The staff were all friendly and very helpful My 1st stay in Kamala, a great beach and having a great hotel made it so good. Certainly a place I will stay again on my next visit to Kamala, as I am really impressed by this hotel
