The hotel is value for money. It is nearby the beach . The room is clean. However, it is quite far from city center. The problem I got is on the check in date the hotel provided the duplicated room with another guest. However, the front office staff took immediate action to find the new room for me. Overall is good.

Sri Panwa luxury hotel and villa in Phuket is an absolute paradise! From the moment I stepped foot on the property, I was blown away by the stunning views and impeccable service. The villas are spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could ask for. The private infinity pools were a highlight, providing an incredible sense of tranquility and seclusion. The staff at Sri Panwa were warm, attentive, and made every effort to ensure a memorable stay. Whether it was arranging excursions, recommending local attractions, or catering to dietary preferences, they went above and beyond to meet our needs. The resort's dining options were exceptional, offering a diverse selection of delicious cuisines that tantalized my taste buds. Dining with a backdrop of breathtaking ocean views was a true delight. The well-maintained spa and wellness facilities provided the ultimate relaxation experience. After indulging in a pampering treatment, I felt rejuvenated and refreshed. It was 10 min drive from the airport, so it was perfect for us as our flight arrival was late in the evening. The staffs were all very nice, polite. Breakfast was decent, however some areas were a bit hot because didn’t get much fan. Really loved their own classic scent for the shampoos and other amenities. So good that I made sure I buy some of its body wash and massage oil from their retail shop. Will definitely consider staying again. Amazing price for the value. Also there are many local shops, restaurants, and massage places by the beach, which is right next to the resort. This was quite nice. But, the beach itself is not as good as other private beaches we have been in Phuket.

Hotel is neat and clean. Staffs are helpful and super serviced minded. Facilities and activities are great. Hotel is locatedcon a hill, it's a bit tired to walk up to the room. Anyway, golf carts are serviced as requested.

The resort is in a great location and we felt really welcomed by the resort staffs. Special thanks to Sai and the young lady Pui who really assisted us with any queries from hiring a scooter, booking taxis, places to visit and eat.

Located on a headland between Patong and Karon, this resort hotel is dissected by the road linking the two beaches. The lower section contains the main entrance for vehicles, reception, massage/spa and two restaurants. I was allocated one of the rooms of the upper segment. The hotel provides electric cart transport for the convenience of guests. The entire complex is perhaps 20 years old. Pedestrians risk life and limb crossing this road on foot, so need to be vigilant and be aware of oncoming traffic at all times. The double room itself is about average in size, with a small balcony. It served its purpose, being comfortable and as advertised, providing an ocean view. Air-conditioning cools down the room within 5 to 10 minutes, there are powerpoints on either side of the queen sized bed and there's a small refrigerator. The wifi signal was good enough and the bathroom was a fairly small open plan affair. A gym is situated in the upper section and has a very good functioning treadmill, free wrights and some other devices. The pool on the upper section had been drained and under repair. The lowermost pool was open for use. The restaurant/bar opens out to a magnificent sea view and serves quite decent, but expensive food. Their Thai soups and pasta dishes actually very good. Breakfast included and also good with plenty of variety. Booked taxi to airport from reception (1000 TBH). Hotel tariff only $36 AUD through Trip com so not expensive. Plenty of guests staying at the time of writing. If wanting to reach Patong or Karon can hire bike or get taxi. But this resort is a good buffer fron the hustle and bustle of downturn Patong and is a quiet alternative.

The hotel location is great and just walking distance to the Patong beach and many shop nearby. On top of that, can go by walking only to the next beach (Kalim beach) and can easily find night market and beach club as well. The staff is friendly and overall the facilities for room and bath room is fair enough. Great value for money. Overall really love to stay here.

Having not being able to travel to Asia for almost 2 years i was happy to take part of the ”Phuket Sandbox”. Lots of paperwork to do, but all in all it worked well. BOOKING. I booked direct with the hotel. I was offered a good price and they were answering all my questions fast and friendly. Also they were very helpful informing me about the rules and changes for the Sandbox. ARRIVAL The booked SHA Plus Transfer from the hotel worked well. Check in was fast and after a long flight i was just happy to get to my villa. ROOM/VILLA So spacious. I booked a 1 bedroom Villa, But became a villa with 2 bedrooms. Large and comfortable living Room with a fuly equipped kitchen and a large refrigirator and fridge. Well assorted minibar. Bedroom with a very comfortable double bed. Bathroom with bathtub and shower. I had a small issue with not having hot water but it was fixed immediatly. Large terrace with table and 4 chairs, 2 sunbeds and a swimming pool (6 x 3 Meter). Villa was clean and terrace/garden well maintained. SERVICE All the staff were sweet, kind and friendly and very attentive. The very friendly italian manager is always around FOOD Not many guests in the hotel so no full breakfast buffet, but you could order eggs any style. Some fruit, cereals, coffe and tea- One morning the manager asked me if i missed something for breakfast. I said maybe some muesli and yogurt. Well next morning it was there. Perfect. I had often dinner in the restaurant. Food was so tasty and well presented. And at very reasonable prices. They do serve both western and Thai food. AREA/SURROUNDINGS Paklok is not a typical tourist spot.It is a place where people are living. No beach, Not a shop or restaurant on every corner. But many possibilities to enjoy fantastic street food. Easy to get in touch with local people. Many supermarkets for all your daily needs. You do need a car or a Scooter/Motorbike. Nature around the hotel is stunning and beautiful. I rented a mototbike from the hotel and made many trips to beautiful locations in the area. I never missed the noise from Patong. ALL IN ALL If you are looking for a peaceful and luxurious accomodation with good service and food i can highly recommand Boutique Resort. I also did enjoy the beauty of nature and the feeling of being in the real Thailand and not just in noisy tourist area.

It is more of a decorative pool Due to the very dense vegetation, the sea is difficult to perceive from the hotel The catering is correct, without being particularly refined The service is good This hotel should be considered as a base point from which you have to visit the island by land or sea, not as a self-sufficient resort
