This time I chose a Thai villa. You need to pay a 5000B deposit in cash when you check in, pay attention. The hotel butler added my WeChat, and he could send it to him in Chinese if he had any needs. He would use WeChat's translation function himself, very smart. There are 4 rooms, each of which is quite large and has its own bathroom and shower area. There is also a separate toilet with shower on the first floor. There is a private swimming pool in the courtyard with hydromassage function, available 24 hours. Breakfast is prepared by the waitress. There are 5 types of set menus to choose from. The amount of breakfast is enough, you can ask the waiter to do it anytime. If you do n’t finish the amount, the waiter will put on plastic wrap and put it in the first floor refrigerator. The entire room will provide 8 bottles of water for free every day. I personally don't think it is enough, but you can buy it at a nearby shop or contact the housekeeper to send it to the front desk. The next day we have a set of BBQ, pay per head. This needs to be requested one day in advance with the housekeeper, and then the next day he will go to purchase supplies, and the waiter will come to the door to cook at a specified time in the evening. We just need to sit in the living room on the first floor and wait for food. BBQ has all kinds of meat and seafood, as well as fruits. The quantity of one set is very large. . . Regarding travel, the hotel front desk can help you book taxis. I feel the price is pretty good, so I have booked taxis directly at the front desk these days. The hotel is a bit far from the sea and restaurants, it is recommended to go by motorcycle or taxi. Generally speaking, it is very quiet and the food is good, which is very suitable for bringing the whole family to clean up.

Best hotel we have ever stayed at!! We extended our stay with another 2 days!! Amazing swimming pool, delicious extravagant breakfast! Beautiful new gym facilities and activities! Upon arrival at the hotel the staff were friendly and inviting. We were checked in and given information about breakfast and room service. We were then taken to our villa by golf buggy. We were shown our villa and the various areas and controls for them and then left to settle in. We were also told the mini bar contents was free and refreshed each day (2 cabs of coke, 2 water, small pack of oreos and a kitkat). At first glance it is a lovely hotel and the pool jets were fun. On closer inspection it became disappointing and didn’t improve, more on that in a sec. At breakfast there was a menu to select one item from and the portions were massive and tasted very nice. There was also a large buffet selection you could help yourself to. Fresh tea and coffee was available upon request. On arrival we advised we had an early morning which would start before breakfast opened. We were offered a takeaway breakfast that would be waiting at reception for us. The next morning upon arrival it was apparent that the order had been forgotten. Breakfast had opened by this time and we had to quickly shove some food down us while our driver waited for us. That evening we enjoyed our pool but it wasn’t in the cleanest condition with debris at the bottom and leaves floating on the surface. On the first evening after check-in, I was walking around the villa and caught the bottom of my foot on a sharp part of the wooden floor. I did advise the staff the next morning on our way out for the day and it was fixed by the time we returned. However the injury did cause pain and irritation for the remainder of the holiday as it was on the bottom of my foot. Upon returning from our first day out we found that our room had been cleaned but they had removed our dirty towels and not replaced them with new. I had to contact reception to request fresh ones. They had also turned off the air-con that we had left on to ensure the room was cool when we returned. The following day I decided to have a bath to sooth my sun burn and found that the tap to the bath was broken and there was just a small stick pointing out for me to use to control the temp and flow. We also realised that we were lucky enough to have booked a villa with a pool, as the hotel does not have a communal one and not all villas have there own. For the rating of the hotel and the price we paid it was a little disappointing. The staff remained cheerful and helpful for the duration of our stay but the issues did dampen our experience.

One convenient service at Silla Villa is that, they provide you with transport to go to Kata Beach or Karon Beach and pick you up from where you were dropped off. If you are looking for a place to relax and just vege out, I highly recommend Silla Villa as it is peaceful here, plus, an inviting private swimming pool will surely freshen up your day or night. We woud like to make mention the great service of the Silla Villa Resort Staff. Thanks to Tonta,who is in-charge of the reception & most of the goings on in the resort. She's been most helpful in organizing transpor for us to, & that helped our 3 nights stay enjoyable. Thanks to the ladies and gentleman in housekeeping, especially to Tawi,n th designated resort Driv.er

This is more of an apartment than a hotel, but with daily cleaning and a non-alternative continental breakfast. The hotel workers do both very well! For breakfast, scrambled eggs, ham, sausages, toast, tea/coffee and watermelon. The two-bedroom room is nice, with a modern design and good furniture. The room has a kitchen, dishes are provided upon request. On the second floor of the penthouse there is a small but personal pool, comfortable sun loungers and a shower. The bedrooms are certainly too small to accommodate a suitcase. And a shared toilet between 2 bedrooms is not very convenient, especially if the room accommodates different families. A huge advantage of our room, which is actually why we booked this hotel, is a stunning view of Kata from above, the opportunity to open panoramic windows in the evening, thus enlarging the living room to the size of a rather large balcony, and enjoy stunning sunsets! The same can be done in the pool. By the way, you can also watch the sunrise there! In general, I definitely recommend the hotel, provided that you understand what you are booking. I do not recommend booking this hotel if you do not have any transport (the hotel is not a beach hotel), and be careful when leaving the hotel on the highway!

Great place to stay. Staff Daniel and David were very helpful. We got to the villa late in the evening. Daily breakfast was delicious and made fresh infront of you the in the kitchen and cleaned up throughly after breakfast was done: very clean place and lots of space to move around inside for our family. included a washer right outside of the villa for private use . Master bedroom has a nice sit out place, can use some chairs and table. Private gated parking infront of the villa and plenaty of private safe parking outside as well. Very nice sit out space in front of the villa to eat meals and just hangout or work with nice table and chairs. Overall great stay. WiFi works well throughout the villa.

CC's Hideaway really is a gem that differentiates and puts itself , the rest of the hotels in Phuket. This is my 4th time in Phuket, I've done the budget friendly, the luxury, and the median, and this stay was just somethiing different. A place to rest and put your head in a place that the name completley personifies. Up a bit on the other side of the Big Buddah mountain, you will could have a bit of a rollar coaster of a ride to get up the hill, but it's worth it. The staff at CC's were just fantastic, I was introduced right away to the front desk and taken care of and the event planner introduced personalized trips to me without making it a huge ordeal. She listened and welcomed my expectations first and made some suggestions, and gave a weekly itinerary of amazing things to do inside the hotel itself. Had I stayed longer in Phuket I would have taken advantage of the morning meditations and evening workout sessions. What blew me away though was the breakfast buffet. It was something I have never experienced in a hotel and the vegan options were just so perfect. Also the big win was having 4 different types of milk for the coffee, plus cinnamin on hand. Plus homemade sourdough, plus hummus, omeletes, granola, fruit . . . i could go on but you just need to experience this place for yourself. And then Netflix and Youtube on the TV to end the night? 10/10 would book again.

I’ve stayed in this gorgeous little hotel for 9 days with my mum, as part of her Birthday Trip in South East Asia and loved every single moment of our time there. Actually for the 1st time I felt like staying in someone’s private, luxurious home rather then the hotel. Mom Tri’s Villa is beautifully furnished in traditional Thai style, very functional on every level and provides it’s guests with possibly one of the best views on Phuket, thanks to it’s picturesque location on a little cliff overlooking Kata Noi Beach and the Andaman Sea. We’ve chosen to stay in an Ocean Wing for the ultimate privacy and tranquility and couldn’t have made a better choice. The staff were all lovely - friendly and approachable. Thank you for a little Birthday treat for my mum - she loved it and so did I. We already miss this little piece of Thai paradise and wouldn’t hesitate for a moment to visit again in the future.
