"My husband and I stayed for 1 night before flying to Bangkok. On the hotel website it was written that transfer from and to the airport is provided free of charge. In fact. when we arrived in Surat Thani, no one came for us. I had to catch a taxi for 200 baht. When we arrived at the hotel, they immediately asked a question about the free transfer, which was not available. To which we received an answer from the HOTEL HOSTESS that she was supposedly only responsible for the rooms. It was funny to hear this from the hotel owner. So, when you book this hotel, do not count on a transfer. Otherwise the room is clean. The bathroom is working. Breakfast - one egg and two toasts. We were taken to the airport for free. In the photo you can see at what time they have a free shuttle to the airport. And in the second photo the cost of other transfers."

"We drove to Koh Lipe and passed Surat Thani. We stayed here for one night. We arrived at around 9pm. There was no problem for one night, except that there were ants on the toilet. There were also some ants on the table, but there were no other major problems. My wife said that she didn't sleep well and peacefully because she was afraid that ants would run onto the bed."
