The residence has a very strong smell of smoke both in the corridors and inside the room. The room is dirty, dust everywhere. The walls are all stained and full of holes. The curtains are filthy. The bathroom had not been cleaned properly and I found hair and fur around. I'll let you judge by the photos. Personally I could not sleep there and I looked for another accommodation and I did not get a refund from the structure.

I don't usually leave negative reviews, but in this case I can't help myself. The level of cleanliness and hygiene of the structure was below zero, non-existent. We stayed here for two nights, the floors in the public spaces were dirty and have never been cleaned in this period of time, but the room was the real problem. Aside from holes in the shower and closet walls, and the TV that didn't work, the level of filth was beyond belief. Dirty shower, dirty floor, sink and bidet (with knobs) that hadn't been washed for who knows how long and, last but not least, beard hair on the sink cabinet and on the bidet. I've never seen anything like it, but given the dilapidation of the place we didn't even ask for a room change.

Anything but comfortable, dilapidated structure, reception non-existent after 7pm, and any problem must be resolved, unacceptable room, parking on the street, a sort of internal car park if you have to call it that, but the gate is practically always open for everyone's goods. Basically, in the end, not feeling sure about anything, the room was left open because the lady closed the reception at 7.00 pm, we opted for another structure and lost the reservation. STRUCTURE NOT RECOMMENDED

Il residence si trova a 3 minuti di macchina dal centro, attaccata alla tangenziale e purtroppo non segnalata per mancanza di insegne. Ci siamo arrivati per caso e in un momento di necessità per salute per cui non sono stato lì a creare problemi per tutto ciò che abbiamo notato. Il residence Europa è come una bella signora attempata che avrebbe bisogno di una bella rinfrescata, sia all'esterno che all'interno. Ma si fregia di una gentilissima ragazza alla reception che si è resa disponibile alle poche richieste fatte, in un modo piacevole e garbato.
