Definitely not a 4 stars and absolutely over expensive for what you get. No brochure in our room neither glasses for the mini bar nor hot water boiler and the hair dryer was not working in the bathroom Food is mediocre both for dinner and breakfast.

The food at the restaurant was terrible.
I ordered a bottle of wine and they sent another that was 3 times the price without telling me.
They threw us out because they said they had to set up for breakfast while they had other tables still sitting. We were still drinking our wine.
The only person that was nice at this place was the person at reception.

Very disappointed with this hotel. Rude unhelpful staff. “S.P.A.” hotel yet you have to pay 35€ per person to use the pool. There is a kitchenette in your room but you’re not allowed to use it. There aren’t even glasses to drink out of. Our balcony was completely flooded we reported it on day one and no one came to fix it. There is a kids club but they just put on movies and feed the kids cake. Would not recommend at all

I spent a few days here with my kids and family in February 2022 and enjoyed the stay. A few issues with the heating in our suite -- too hot and also with the breakfast -- too cold... but overall a very good stay and we would go there again.

Io e mia moglie abbiamo soggiornato in questa bellissima struttura nei giorni 26-27 luglio. Siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti dell'accoglienza, dalla gentilezza e dalla professionalità del personale. La spa è molto bella , la cucina ottima e la camera era molto pulita e in ordine. Consiglio vivamente per passare un piacevole soggiorno in relax.

Che dire abbiamo portato la nostra mamma presso la vostra struttura per festeggiare il suo 87º compleanno è stata un’esperienza fantastica tutto lo staff e si è prodigato per rendere questo giorno meraviglioso grazie siete fantastici dal Personale al direttore ritorneremo sicuramente

Esperienza sconcertante, ci siamo recati per un soggiorno di 2 notti. Ci viene consegnata una camera in condizioni disastrose, piena di muffa e sporca. Purtroppo all'arrivo abbiamo solo messo giù i bagagli, siamo andati a sciare e dopo cena ci siamo resi conto dello stato. La mattina ci viene promesso di cambiarci camera....e qui inizia un'altra odissea. Prima ci viene data una stanza più piccola ( noi avevamo una familiare composta da due stanze da letto separate) alla mia domanda del perché mi viene risposto che mio figlio avrebbe potuto dormire sul divano a letto. Finalmente ci viene accordata una stanza dello stesso livello, trasportiamo ancora il tutto e arrivati nella camera ci viene detto che sfortunatamente non era pronta....dopo un ora finalmente siamo riusciti ad avere la stanza. Al check out alle mie rimostranze sul fatto di dover pagare 450euro a notte per aver soggiornato in una stanza piena di muffa e sporca mi viene detto che ci potevano scontare le spese del garage. Abbiamo pagato tutto chiedendo di essere contattati dal manager...mai più sentito nessuno e non si sono nemmeno curati di rispondere alla nostre emails. Comportamento veramente scorretto e poco professionale.

Una settimana incantevole , fuori dal mondo . Dalla prima colazione abbondante a dir poco alla sera al bar tutto orchestrato da un personale d’eccellenza. Accogliente , bel curato nei dettagli , la differenza poi la fa il personale , Gabriele e la sua equipe volteggiano tra i tavoli perché tutti siano soddisfatti, alla spa gente simpatica e preparata , ho fatto uno splendido massaggio argentino ( una ragazza eccellente ) e poi la sera la cena e il bar , tutto da 10 e lode. Anche per il mio cagnolino . La mattina ti vesti e senza problemi ti catapultano sulle piste ben equipaggiati .. Grazie a tutti e torneremo presto
